【摘要】：目的:通過調查掌握重慶市中醫(yī)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機構中醫(yī)藥文化建設的現(xiàn)狀和市民對中醫(yī)藥文化的認知狀況,了解影響中醫(yī)藥文化建設的因素,探求市民對中醫(yī)藥文化的需求,為加強重慶市中醫(yī)藥文化建設、推動中醫(yī)藥文化發(fā)展提供參考。方法:采用問卷調查法、文獻研究法和現(xiàn)場調查等方法,對重慶市市級、區(qū)縣級二級以上公立中醫(yī)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機構中醫(yī)藥文化建設現(xiàn)狀以及部分市民和中醫(yī)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機構職工對中醫(yī)藥文化及其建設的認知進行調查,并對數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計和分析。結果:共計下發(fā)45份中醫(yī)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機構調查問卷,全部回收成功且有效,有效回收率為100%;共發(fā)放中醫(yī)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機構職工調查問卷1100份,回收有效問卷702份,有效回收率為63.82%;共發(fā)放市民調查問卷3500份,回收有效問卷2250份,有效回收率為64.29%。在受訪機構中醫(yī)藥文化建設現(xiàn)狀方面,核心文化軟實力建設上,機構組織、機構宗旨和單位標識等項各方面工作開展比例相對較高,行為規(guī)范體系一項各方面工作開展比例相對較低;硬件環(huán)境建設上,各項達成的比例均較高。在受訪職工對中醫(yī)藥文化建設的認知方面,81.91%的受訪職工認為本單位非常重視中醫(yī)藥文化建設;60.54%的受訪職工對本單位中醫(yī)藥文化建設的成效很滿意;但只有23.08%的受訪職工對中醫(yī)藥文化核心價值觀非常熟悉;受訪職工認為中醫(yī)藥文化建設中最主要的問題是資金硬件缺乏(69.09%)和人才隊伍跟不上(44.59%);在受訪市民對中醫(yī)藥文化的認知方面,有62.98%的受訪市民對中醫(yī)藥很信任;28.49%的受訪市民就醫(yī)第一選擇是中醫(yī),比例低于西醫(yī)(36.58%);市民選擇中醫(yī)看病的原因排第一的是副作用較小(24.76%);89.42%的認為中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生有必要。。結論:重慶市中醫(yī)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機構在機構組織、機構宗旨、單位標識和硬件環(huán)境建設方面比較重視,但在行為規(guī)范體系建設上有待加強;市民對中醫(yī)藥文化的認識還有待提高,中醫(yī)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機構職工的中醫(yī)藥文化素養(yǎng)還有待提升;政府應加大資金硬件投入和加強人才隊伍建設,且相關部門尤其應加強中醫(yī)藥文化核心價值體系建設和中醫(yī)藥科普宣傳工作。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the factors influencing the construction of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) culture by investigating and mastering the present situation of TCM cultural construction and the cognition of the citizens to TCM culture in Chongqing. In order to strengthen the construction of traditional Chinese medicine culture in Chongqing and to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine culture, the methods of questionnaire survey, literature research and field investigation were used to explore the needs of the public for traditional Chinese medicine culture. The present situation of the construction of traditional Chinese medicine culture in the public medical and health institutions of Chongqing city and above the county level, and the cognition of some citizens and staff of the medical and health institutions of traditional Chinese medicine to the culture and construction of traditional Chinese medicine were investigated. Statistics and analysis of the data. Results: a total of 45 questionnaires of TCM medical and health institutions were sent out, all of them were recovered successfully and effectively, the effective recovery rate was 100; A total of 1100 questionnaires were distributed to the staff of TCM medical and health institutions, 702 valid questionnaires were recovered, and the effective recovery rate was 63.82. A total of 3,500 questionnaires were distributed, 2250 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective recovery rate was 64.29.The soft power construction of core culture in the present situation of Chinese medicine culture construction of the institutions interviewed. The proportion of organizational organization, organization purpose and unit marking is relatively high, and the proportion of each aspect of behavior standard system is relatively low. In terms of the construction of hardware environment, the proportion of each item reached was higher. 81.91% of the respondents thought that they attached great importance to the cultural construction of traditional Chinese medicine in the cognition of the cultural construction of traditional Chinese medicine. 60.54% of the respondents were satisfied with the results of the cultural construction of traditional Chinese medicine in their units; But only 23.08% of the respondents were familiar with the core values of traditional Chinese medicine culture. The main problems in the construction of traditional Chinese medicine culture were the lack of funds and hardware (69.09) and the lack of qualified personnel in the construction of traditional Chinese medicine culture. In terms of the understanding of Chinese medicine culture among the respondents, 62.98% of the respondents had great confidence in Chinese medicine; In 28.49% of the respondents, the first choice of seeking medical treatment was Chinese medicine, which was lower than that of western medicine (36.58%). The first reason why the public chose Chinese medicine to see a doctor was that the side effects were less than 24.76%; Conclusion: Chongqing TCM medical and health institutions pay more attention to organization, organization purpose, unit marking and hardware environment construction. But the construction of the behavior standard system needs to be strengthened; The public's understanding of Chinese medicine culture needs to be improved, and the Chinese medicine cultural literacy of the staff of traditional Chinese medicine medical and health institutions needs to be improved. The government should increase the investment of funds and hardware and strengthen the construction of talents, and the relevant departments should strengthen the construction of the core value system of traditional Chinese medicine culture and the propaganda work of popularizing Chinese medicine science.
