【摘要】：目的探討消痛平風(fēng)湯治療偏頭痛的療效。方法選取2013年1月-2015年6月青海紅十字醫(yī)院收治的先兆偏頭痛患者112例。依據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)表法分為觀察組(消痛平風(fēng)湯)和對(duì)照組(鹽酸氟桂利嗪膠囊),觀察并記錄兩組患者的臨床療效、血液流變學(xué)參數(shù)、血漿5-羥色胺(5-HT)、β-內(nèi)啡肽(β-EP)、降鈣素基因相關(guān)肽(CGRP)、神經(jīng)肽Y(NPY)水平及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果觀察組56例,總有效率為80.36%;對(duì)照組56例,總有效率為62.50%。治療前,兩組患者的偏頭痛積分差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療結(jié)束后,兩組患者的偏頭痛積分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),觀察組低于對(duì)照組。治療前,兩組患者的血液流變學(xué)參數(shù)差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,觀察組患者的全血黏度、紅細(xì)胞比容、纖維蛋白原水平與對(duì)照組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),觀察組低于對(duì)照組,兩組患者的血小板差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療前,兩組患者的5-HT、β-EP、CGRP、NPY水平差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,觀察組患者5-HT、β-EP、CGR、PNPY水平水平與對(duì)照組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),5-HT、β-EP、CGRP觀察組高于對(duì)照組,NPY觀察組低于對(duì)照組。觀察組乏力1例,嗜睡2例,惡心、嘔吐2例,口干1例,不良反應(yīng)總發(fā)生率為10.71%;對(duì)照組乏力4例,嗜睡4例,惡心、嘔吐3例,皮疹1例,口干3例,總發(fā)生率為26.79%,兩組比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論消痛平風(fēng)湯能夠改善偏頭痛患者血液流變學(xué),提高5-HT、β-EP、CGR P水平,避免N PY過(guò)多分泌,并進(jìn)一步降低不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the curative effect of Xiaotong Ping wind Decoction in the treatment of migraine. 112 patients with migraine with aura methods from January 2013 -2015 in June admitted to the Red Cross Hospital of Qinghai. According to the random number table method divided into observation group (Xiao Tong Ping wind soup) and control group (Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules), observe and record the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients, blood rheology the parameters of 5-, plasma serotonin (5-HT), beta endorphin (beta -EP), calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP), neuropeptide Y (NPY) level and adverse reactions of the observation group 56 cases, the total effective rate was 80.36%; 56 cases in the control group, the total efficiency of 62.50%. before treatment. There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients with migraine integral (P0.05). After the treatment, there are significant differences between the two groups of patients with migraine integral (P0.05), observation group than the control group.
