【摘要】：目的：以“陽明主面”理論為指導(dǎo),采用針灸埋線的方法,觀察治療痤瘡后色素沉著的臨床療效和對皮膚美的恢復(fù)。方法：用SPSS17.0將60例受試者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對照組,治療組采用穴位埋線治療；對照組不予任何治療。治療組,間隔15天埋線一次,治療2個療程,每個療程三次。隨訪一個半月。觀察并記錄兩組各項(xiàng)評分和檢測結(jié)果,進(jìn)行比較分析,評定療效。結(jié)果：經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,穴位埋線治療組臨床治愈6例,顯效15例,好轉(zhuǎn)5例,無效3例,總有效率為89%,對照組臨床治愈0例,顯效6例,好轉(zhuǎn)12例,無效11例,總有效率為62%。P=0.000,(P0.05),說明兩組方法均對痤瘡后色素沉著有效,治療組療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組。兩組間比較,在改善面部痤瘡后色素沉著皮膚色素含量,油分,水分,膠原纖維含量,彈性方面,P值分別為：0.007,0.040,0.045,0.008,0.023,(P0.05)差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。在皮膚色素含量,水分,膠原纖維,彈性方面效果尤其顯著。結(jié)論：1、本次研究以“陽明主面”和針灸標(biāo)本根結(jié)理論為指導(dǎo)治療痤瘡后色素沉著有效,且在兩個療程時,療效比較明顯,可以為臨床確定療程提供參考。2、本次試驗(yàn)表明,穴位埋線的治療方法可以增加治療組受試者患部皮膚的水分、彈性及膠原纖維的含量,對皮膚美的恢復(fù)有一定幫助。
[Abstract]:Objective: to "Yangming Lord" theory, using the method of acupuncture and catgut embedding therapy, observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of acne and pigmentation of skin beauty after restoration. Methods: SPSS17.0 60 subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group were treated with acupoint catgut embedding therapy; the control group was not any treatment. The treatment group, Catgut Embedding at intervals of 15 days time, 2 courses of treatment, three times for each treatment. Follow up one and a half months. Two groups were observed and recorded the score and the test results were compared and analyzed, evaluated the curative effect. Results: after statistical analysis, catgut embedding group 6 cases were cured, 15 cases markedly, 5 cases improved, 3 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 89%, control group 0 cases were cured, 6 cases markedly effective, 12 cases improved, 11 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 62%.P=0.000 (P0.05), two groups of methods for acne pigmentation after effective treatment group was better than control Group. And the difference between the two groups in the improvement of facial acne pigment content, calm skin oil, moisture, elasticity of collagen fiber content, P values were: 0.007,0.040,0.045,0.008,0.023 (P0.05), the difference was statistically significant. The skin pigment content, moisture, collagen fibers, elastic effect is particularly significant. Conclusions: 1 in this study, "Yangming main surface and root knot theory were acupuncture treatment of acne pigmentation after effective, and in the two period of treatment, the curative effect is obvious, can provide reference for clinical treatment of.2, the results of this study suggest that the treatment method of acupoint catgut embedding can increase the treatment of subjects suffering the skin moisture content, elastic and collagen fibers, is helpful to the recovery of skin beauty.
