【摘要】：目的:觀察溫振運(yùn)氣方治療慢性疲勞綜合征負(fù)性情緒的臨床療效。方法:150例慢性疲勞綜合征患者隨機(jī)分組,分別運(yùn)用中藥溫振運(yùn)氣方和中成藥補(bǔ)中益氣丸治療。并觀察治療前后疲勞量表(Fatigue Scale,F-14)、漢密頓抑郁量表(HAMD)、漢密頓焦慮量表(HAMA)、中醫(yī)證候積分的變化。結(jié)果:疲勞療效:兩組經(jīng)治后在總分以及軀體疲勞分值均較前減輕(P0.05);溫振運(yùn)氣組經(jīng)治后腦力疲勞較前減輕(P0.05);兩組治療后疲勞總分和軀體疲勞、腦力疲勞比較存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。焦慮療效:兩組治療后在HAMA總分、精神性、軀體性因子分值均較前降低(P0.05);兩組治療后在總分和精神性因子存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。抑郁療效:HAMD總分:溫振運(yùn)氣組治療后較前下降(P0.05),補(bǔ)中益氣組治療后較前無明顯差異,兩組治療后總分相比存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。因子比較:治療后溫振運(yùn)氣組除阻滯外其余6個因子均低于補(bǔ)中益氣組(P0.05);溫振運(yùn)氣組療后體重、日夜變化無差異(P0.05),其余因子均較前減輕(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中藥溫振運(yùn)氣方可有效改善慢性疲勞綜合征患者的軀體疲勞和腦力疲勞,緩解焦慮、抑郁等癥狀,且緩解抑郁癥狀優(yōu)于補(bǔ)中益氣丸。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Wenzhenyunfang on negative emotion of chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods: 150 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The traditional Chinese medicine Wenzhenyong prescription and the Chinese patent medicine Buzhong Yiqi pills were used to treat the patients. The fatigue scale (Fatigue scale F-14) and the Hamilton Depression scale (Hamd) were observed before and after treatment. Hamilton anxiety scale and changes of TCM syndromes score. Results: after treatment, the total score and body fatigue score of the two groups were reduced by P0.05; After treatment, mental fatigue in warm vibratory luck group was less than that before treatment (P 0.05). The total score of fatigue, physical fatigue and mental fatigue were significantly different between the two groups after treatment (P 0.05). The effect of anxiety: the total score of HAMA, psychosis after treatment in the two groups. The scores of somatic factors were lower than those of the former (P 0.05). There was statistical difference between the two groups in total score and mental factor after treatment (P 0.05). The total score of depression effect: Hamd: after treatment, the total score of Wenzhen luck group was lower than that before treatment (P 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment. There was a statistical difference in total scores between the two groups after treatment (P 0.05). Factor comparison: the other six factors except block in the group of warm vibration after treatment were lower than those in the group of tonifying and benefiting qi (P 0.05). There was no difference in body weight, day and night changes after treatment in warm vibratory luck group (P0.05). Conclusion: Wenzhenyue decoction can effectively improve the physical fatigue and mental fatigue of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome, and relieve anxiety, depression and other symptoms. And the relief of depressive symptoms was better than Buzhong Yiqi pills.
