【摘要】：探討身柱穴防病與治病的臨床應用。身柱穴屬于督脈穴,具有補虛損、解疔毒、寧神志之功效,臨床可治療內、外、婦、兒等多種疾病,如感冒、咳喘、癲癇、痤瘡、帶狀皰疹等多種疾病,效專力宏,不僅對沉疴痼疾具有良好療效,更被譽為"通治兒科百病"的要穴。灸身柱對小兒消化不良、腹瀉、感冒等疾病具有預防和治療功效。治療時身柱穴多采用透刺、艾灸、放血、埋線等方法,疾病不同刺灸方法各異。身柱穴操作簡便,效專力宏,既是小兒保健之要穴,又對疑難雜癥有良好療效,值得臨床推廣應用。
[Abstract]:To explore the clinical application of prevention and treatment of diseases at Shenzhu acupoint. Shenzhu acupoint belongs to du pulse acupoint, which has the effect of reinforcing deficiency and damage, resolving furuncle toxin and soothing mind. It can be treated clinically with many diseases, such as cold, cough and asthma, epilepsy and other diseases, such as cold, cough, asthma, epilepsy and so on. Acne, herpes zoster and other diseases, the effect of Leehom, not only has a good effect on chronic diseases, but also known as "Tongzhi paediatric disease," the main point. Moxibustion body column on children dyspepsia, diarrhea. Cold and other diseases have preventive and therapeutic effects. When the treatment of the body column point more use of puncture, moxibustion, bloodletting, catgut embedding and other methods, different disease needling and moxibustion methods. Body column point operation is simple, the effect is specific Leehom. It is not only the important point of child health care, but also has good curative effect on difficult and complicated diseases, so it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
