【摘要】：目的:(1)通過整理葉天士、薛生白治療濕熱類病證的方劑,研究葉天士、薛生白治療溫病的經(jīng)驗和方法。(2)通過中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺進行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,分析葉天士、薛生白治療濕熱類病證的用藥規(guī)律,對比其異同點,對臨床治療濕熱類疾病提供參考。方法:本課題收集整理清代溫病大師葉天士、薛生白治療濕熱類病證的方劑,建立方劑數(shù)據(jù)庫。運用中醫(yī)傳承輔助平臺軟件,挖掘葉天士、薛生白在治療外感和內(nèi)傷濕熱類病證方劑中的藥物使用規(guī)律。挖掘出的結果,以一維頻次表和二維網(wǎng)絡圖呈現(xiàn),從不同角度顯示挖掘對象在文獻數(shù)據(jù)集中的分布,以分析總結葉天士、薛生白治療濕熱類病證的臨床經(jīng)驗和常用方藥。結果:葉天士和薛生白在治療外感和內(nèi)傷濕熱性病證時,選用藥物的四氣、五味、歸經(jīng)基本一致,單味藥物選用也基本相同,但單味藥物使用和選用常用藥物組合各有特色。治療外感濕熱類病證時,葉天士以杏仁為核心藥物,較多使用利水滲濕的茯苓、澤瀉、通草、豬苓、薏苡仁,辛涼清熱的生石膏、蘆根;藥物組合則喜用杏仁-薏苡仁、杏仁-厚樸、杏仁-滑石、杏仁-竹葉組合,形成三仁湯的雛形。薛生白選用芳香化濕的厚樸、草果、藿香、白豆蔻,淡寒的滑石和辛涼透熱的金銀花和連翹;藥物組合則喜用厚樸-陳皮-茯苓皮、滑石-甘草組合。治療內(nèi)傷濕熱類病證時,葉天士使用利水滲濕的茯苓、豬苓、澤瀉、通草、滑石,清熱燥濕的黃芩、黃連、黃柏和清熱瀉火的竹葉,藥物組合喜用茯苓-豬苓-澤瀉組合加上陳皮-厚樸組合可看作是四苓散的加減。薛生白則選用芳香化濕的厚樸、草果、藿香、白豆蔻,清熱祛濕藥物木通、茵陳等;理氣藥物組合喜用厚樸-陳皮-草果、厚樸-陳皮-藿香、厚樸-杏仁-白豆蔻組合,仿吳又可達原飲。結論:葉天士和薛生白在治療外感和內(nèi)傷濕熱性病證時,選用藥物的四氣、五味、歸經(jīng)基本一致,單味藥物選用也基本相同,常用藥物組合都選用了陳皮-厚樸。在治療外感濕熱類病證時,葉天士突出以杏仁為核心,使用杏仁-半夏-生姜、杏仁-防己-薏苡仁、杏仁-半夏-厚樸、杏仁-滑石-竹葉等藥物組合;治療內(nèi)傷濕熱類病證時突出以茯苓為核心,使用茯苓-豬苓-澤瀉、茯苓-白術、茯苓-人參、茯苓-陳皮-厚樸等藥物組合。薛生白則在治療外感和內(nèi)傷濕熱性病證時皆以陳皮、厚樸為核心藥物,治療外感濕熱類病證時亦常用滑石-甘草的六一散組合,并喜用草果、藿香等芳化濕濁的藥物,治療內(nèi)傷濕熱類病證時常用藥物組合是在陳皮-厚樸組合基礎上添加為陳皮-厚樸-草果、陳皮-厚樸-藿香、陳皮-厚樸-茯苓皮,此外厚樸-杏仁-白豆蔻組合亦為常用藥物組合。故治療濕熱病時,葉天士使用苦辛寒法的治療方法,薛生白則使用苦辛溫的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the experience and methods of Ye Tianshi and Xue Shengbai in treating febrile disease by sorting out the prescriptions of Ye Tianshi and Xue Shengbai for treating damp-heat diseases. Analysis of Ye Tianshi Xue Shengbai treatment of damp-heat type of disease drug law compare its similarities and differences to provide a reference for clinical treatment of damp-heat diseases. Methods: this topic collected and sorted out the Qing Dynasty febrile disease master Ye Tianshi. Xue Shengbai treatment of damp-heat type of disease prescription, the establishment of prescription database. Use of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform software, mining Ye Tianshi. Xue Shengbai in the treatment of exogenous and internal injury of damp-heat diseases in the prescription of drug use. Excavated results, presented by one-dimensional frequency table and two-dimensional network diagram. The distribution of mining objects in the literature data set is shown from different angles to analyze and sum up Yetix. Xue Shengbai's clinical experience and common prescriptions in treating damp-heat type disease syndrome. Results: Ye Tianshi and Xue Shengbai chose the four qi and five flavors of medicine when treating external and internal injury damp-heat venereal disease syndrome. Single drug selection is basically the same, but single drug use and use of common drug combinations have their own characteristics. In the treatment of exogenous dampness and fever syndrome, Ye Tianshi to almond as the core drug, more use of water and infiltration of Poria cocos. Rhizoma alisma, Tungcao, Polyporus umbellata, Coix seed, Xin Liang Qinghot raw gypsum, Reed root; The combination of almond-Coix seed, almond-magnolia, almond-talc, almond and bamboo leaves formed the embryonic form of Sanren decoction. Xue Shengbai chose aromatization of Magnolia officinalis, grass fruit, patchouli and cardamom. Cold talc and chilled honeysuckle and forsythia; When treating dampness and heat syndrome of internal injury, Ye Tianshi used Poria cocos, Polyporus umbellata, alisma, purses, herbs, talc, and Scutellaria baicalensis. Rhizoma Coptidis, Phellodendron chinensis and bamboo leaves with clear heat and purging fire, medicine combination likes to use Poria cocos-Polyporus umbellata combination plus Chen Pei-Magnolia officinalis combination can be regarded as the addition or subtraction of Siling San. Xue Shengbai chooses the aromatization of Magnolia officinalis, grass fruit, and patchouli. White nutmeg, clearing heat and removing dampness medicine Akebia, Yinchen and so on; Li-qi medicine combination prefer to use Magnolia officinalis-old peel-grass fruit, Magnolia-Chenpi-patchouli, Magnolia-almond-white nutmeg combination. Conclusion: Ye Tianshi and Xue Shengbai used the same medicine in treating external and internal injury damp-heat venereal disease syndrome. In the treatment of external dampness-heat disease syndrome, Ye Tianshi prominent almond as the core, using almond-Pinellia ternata-ginger, almond-Fangji-Coix seed, almond-Pinellia ternata-Magnolia officinalis. Almond-talc-bamboo leaves and other drug combinations; In the treatment of damp-heat disease syndrome, the core is Poria cocos, using Poria-Polyporus-Alismatis, Poria cocos-Atractylodes Atractylodes, Poria cocos-Ginseng. Xue Shengbai takes Chen Pei and Magnolia officinalis as the core drug in the treatment of external and internal damp-heat venereal disease syndrome. The combination of talc and licorice is also commonly used when treating external damp-heat syndrome. And like to use herbs, patchouli and other aromatization of dampness and turbid drugs, the treatment of dampness and heat diseases of internal injury commonly used medicine combination is based on the combination of Chen Pei-Magnolia officinalis-grass fruit, old skin-Magnolia-patchouli. Chen Pei-Magnolia officinalis-Poria cocos, in addition, Magnolia officinalis-Almond-White nutmeg combination is also a common drug combination. Therefore, in the treatment of damp-heat disease, Yetianshi uses bitter and bitter cold treatment method, Xue Shengbai uses bitter and warm treatment method.
