【摘要】：目的:通過對(duì)消腫湯冷噴治療面部急性接觸性皮炎的臨床療效觀察,同時(shí)經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析比較兩組的差異,證實(shí)消腫湯治療急性接觸性皮炎的臨床有效性及安全性,并為急性接觸性皮炎的治療提供一種新途徑。研究性質(zhì)為臨床療效觀察。方法:觀察60例經(jīng)臨床診斷符合面部急性接觸性皮炎診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者。采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表進(jìn)行隨機(jī)分組,將患者分為兩組,治療組與對(duì)照組各30例,治療組給予消腫湯冷噴治療,同時(shí)口服鹽酸西替利嗪片;對(duì)照組給予適量蒸餾水冷噴治療,并給予鹽酸西替利嗪片口服。5天為1療程,共治療2個(gè)療程。結(jié)果:本課題經(jīng)過臨床觀察證實(shí),治療組治愈12例(40.0%),顯效9例(30.0%),有效5例(16.6%),無(wú)效4例(13.3%),總有效率為86.7%;對(duì)照組治愈9例(30.0%),顯效8例(26.7%),有效6例(20.0%),無(wú)效7例(23.3%),總有效率為76.7%。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,P0.05,兩組有差異,充分證實(shí)消腫湯冷噴治療面部急性接觸性皮炎的療效顯著,明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:經(jīng)臨床觀察研究表明,消腫湯冷噴治療面部急性接觸性皮炎療效確切,且不良反應(yīng)少,在治療上是較容易被患者接受的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: through the clinical curative effect of Xiaozhong Decoction cold spray on acute facial contact dermatitis was observed, and statistical analysis of the differences between the two groups, the clinical efficacy and safety that Xiaozhong Decoction in the treatment of acute contact dermatitis, and provide a new way for the treatment of acute contact dermatitis. The nature of the clinical efficacy observation. Methods: To observe 60 cases of patients with the clinical diagnosis criteria for the diagnosis of acute facial contact dermatitis. According to the random number table randomized, patients were divided into two groups, treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group, the treatment group was given swelling soup cold spray treatment, and oral administration of Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets; the control group was given distilled water spray treatment, and give Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets oral.5 days for 1 courses, a total of 2 courses of treatment. Results: this topic through clinical observation confirmed that 12 cases were cured (40%), 9 cases (30%) (16.6%), effective 5 cases, invalid 4 cases (13.3%), the total efficiency of 86.7%; control group 9 cases were cured (30%), 8 cases (26.7%), effective in 6 cases (20%), invalid in 7 cases (23.3%), the total efficiency of 76.7%. by statistical analysis, two groups of P0.05. There are differences, fully demonstrated the efficacy of cold spray treatment of facial swelling soup acute contact dermatitis was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: the clinical observation and research show that the effect of swelling soup cold spray on acute facial contact dermatitis is effective, with less adverse reactions, the treatment is easier to be accepted by patients.
