【摘要】：目的:復(fù)方丹參滴丸是臨床上緩解心絞痛的常用中成藥,但關(guān)于其對血壓影響的研究較少。本研究通過對比觀察兩組氣滯血瘀型胸痹(冠心病心絞痛)患者,在分別含服復(fù)方丹參滴丸和硝酸甘油片1-5min內(nèi),中心動脈壓的變化,探討復(fù)方丹參滴丸對中心動脈壓的影響。方法:于2016年6月-2017年2月江蘇省中西醫(yī)結(jié)合醫(yī)院心內(nèi)科病房內(nèi),選取冠狀動脈造影檢查診斷冠心病并符合中醫(yī)胸痹氣滯血瘀證診斷的心絞痛患者60例,將其隨機分成2組,每組30例。經(jīng)過患者知情同意,在冠狀動脈造影術(shù)中,給予治療組患者舌下含服復(fù)方丹參滴丸10粒,對照組患者硝酸甘油片,0.5mg/次,并通過有創(chuàng)血壓監(jiān)測主動脈根部血壓即中心動脈壓,分別記錄患者服藥前以及服藥后1min、2min、3min、4min、5min各時間點數(shù)值,運用SPSS軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析,比較兩種藥物對中心動脈壓的影響。結(jié)果:研究結(jié)果顯示,(1)治療組患者在含服復(fù)方丹參滴丸后1-5min內(nèi),和服藥前相比,中心動脈壓無明顯變化(P0.05)。(2)對照組患者在含服硝酸甘油后2-5min內(nèi),中心動脈壓明顯低于服藥前(P0.05)。(3)組間比較結(jié)果表明,服用兩種藥物在1-3mim內(nèi)對患者中心動脈壓的整體影響差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。在4min和5min時,硝酸甘油組患者的收縮壓明顯低于復(fù)方丹參滴丸組(P0.05)。舒張壓各時間點兩種藥物比較均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義的差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:復(fù)方丹參滴丸舌下含服后對中心動脈壓無影響,硝酸甘油片舌下含服后對中心動脈壓影響波動較大。
[Abstract]:Objective: Compound Danshen dripping pill is commonly used in Chinese medicine clinical remission angina, but the research about its effects on blood pressure is less. This study observed two groups of qi stagnation and blood stasis obstruction by contrast (angina pectoris) in patients with Compound Danshen Pill and Nitroglycerin Tablets 1-5min, the change of central arterial pressure, to investigate the effect of Compound Danshen Pill on central arterial pressure. Methods: in June 2016 -2017 year in February in Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Department of cardiology ward, selected coronary angiography in diagnosis of coronary heart disease and 60 patients with angina pectoris of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome were diagnosed, were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in each group. After informed consent of patients. In coronary angiography, the patients in the treatment group were given sublingual administration of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills 10 pills, the control group with Nitroglycerin Tablets, 0.5mg/, and the invasive blood pressure monitoring of aorta The root of blood pressure is central arterial pressure, the patients were recorded before treatment and 1min after treatment, 2min, 3min, 4min, 5min values at each time point, using SPSS software for statistical analysis, comparison of two kinds of drugs on central arterial pressure. Results: the results showed that (1) patients in the treatment group with Compound Danshen after dropping 1-5min, compared and before treatment, no significant changes in central blood pressure (P0.05). (2) patients in the control group after taking nitroglycerin 2-5min, central arterial pressure was significantly lower than that before treatment (P0.05). (3) comparison between groups showed that taking the overall effects of two drugs on patients with pressure central artery in 1-3mim showed no significant difference (P0.05). In 4min and 5min, nitroglycerin group systolic blood pressure was significantly lower than that of Compound Danshen dripping pill group (P0.05). The diastolic blood pressure at each time point of the two drugs were no difference of statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion: Compound Dan After sublingual administration of Shen dropping pill, there is no effect on central arterial pressure. The influence of Nitroglycerin Tablets under sublingual administration on central arterial pressure fluctuates greatly.
