【摘要】：慢性腎小球腎炎是一種臨床常見的慢性腎臟病,臨床表現(xiàn)以蛋白尿、水腫、血尿以及高血壓為主,部分患者也可伴有腎功能的損害,其起病緩慢,病勢纏綿,且預(yù)后較差,根據(jù)目前國內(nèi)外的研究進(jìn)展,尚無讓人很滿意的防治措施,然中醫(yī)針對慢性腎小球腎炎的病因病機(jī)治療,罕有副作用且療效顯著。慢性腎小球腎炎是現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)的名詞,而在我國傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)中,亦有類似的病證,中醫(yī)稱之為“腎風(fēng)”、“水腫”、“腰痛”、“風(fēng)水”等,無論是在臨床表現(xiàn)或是體征上都與慢性腎小球腎炎相吻合,這些記載同樣對現(xiàn)代醫(yī)家對于慢性腎炎的病因病機(jī)的辨證具有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。吾有幸從師臨床三載,隨師認(rèn)識了慢性腎小球腎炎的病因病機(jī),以及對慢性腎小球腎炎的辨證思路和中醫(yī)藥治法經(jīng)驗。吾師認(rèn)為,慢性腎炎其病因病機(jī)復(fù)雜多樣,病因可歸納為外邪侵襲、飲食不節(jié)、勞倦內(nèi)傷或邪毒內(nèi)蘊所導(dǎo)致的各臟腑的功能失調(diào),或氣血陰陽的失衡。慢性腎小球腎炎的發(fā)病主要責(zé)之于腎,與肺、脾兩臟關(guān)系極為密切,是以肺、脾、腎三臟為本病的基礎(chǔ),然肝與心對慢性腎小球的發(fā)病亦或是進(jìn)展,同樣是存在一定的影響,臨證需辨明患者病機(jī),從脾腎虧虛、肺腎氣虛、肝腎陰虛、腎氣陰兩虛以及心氣不足證入手,施以補脾益腎、補肺固表益氣補腎、滋補肝腎、滋陰益氣補腎以及益氣養(yǎng)心的治療大法,在臨床療效可觀。

We have studied for three years with clinical. Teachers understand the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic glomerulonephritis, chronic glomerulonephritis and the dialectical thinking and experience of Chinese medicine treatment of chronic nephritis. She believes that its pathogenesis is complicated, causes can be summarized as evil, improper diet, Laojuan internal injuries or Xiedu connotation of the viscera caused by dysfunction.
