【摘要】：目的:觀察電針心經(jīng)穴與同節(jié)段非經(jīng)非穴時(shí)腦功能連接的不同變化,為臨床運(yùn)用電針心經(jīng)穴治療相關(guān)疾病提供影像學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的健康受試者隨機(jī)分為電針心經(jīng)穴組10例和電針非經(jīng)非穴組10例,電針心經(jīng)穴組電針右側(cè)下極泉、少海、靈道、神門穴,電針非經(jīng)非穴組電針右側(cè)同節(jié)段非經(jīng)非穴,以雙側(cè)后扣帶回為種子點(diǎn),采用靜息態(tài)動(dòng)能磁共振成像,分析兩組不同狀態(tài)腦功能連接的差異。結(jié)果:兩組電針前靜息狀態(tài)下的腦功能連接未發(fā)現(xiàn)存在明顯差異的腦區(qū)。電針心經(jīng)穴與非經(jīng)非穴時(shí)兩組腦功能連接中相同的腦區(qū)為雙側(cè)中央后回、右頂下小葉、右額下回;電針心經(jīng)穴組功能連接中特異性增強(qiáng)的腦區(qū)為左側(cè)顳下回、右側(cè)海馬旁回,特異性新激活的腦區(qū)為左側(cè)中央前回、右側(cè)頂葉楔前葉、左側(cè)頂葉角回、左側(cè)枕下回、左側(cè)腦島(P0.05);電針非經(jīng)非穴組功能連接特異性新激活腦區(qū)為左顳上回(P0.05)。結(jié)論:大腦在無任務(wù)的安靜、清醒狀態(tài)下存在一定的功能活動(dòng)。兩組腦功能連接中相同的腦區(qū)主要與初級感覺區(qū)及精細(xì)感覺控制區(qū)密切相關(guān),提示電針刺激均可引起一般體感覺區(qū)和精細(xì)感覺控制區(qū)的激活。電針心經(jīng)穴組功能連接特異性增強(qiáng)和新增腦區(qū)主要與認(rèn)知、情感、記憶等高級認(rèn)知功能相關(guān),也包括與心血管功能相關(guān)的腦區(qū),這些腦區(qū)的功能與心經(jīng)穴的功能主治有緊密聯(lián)系,推測電針心經(jīng)穴對與高級認(rèn)知功能及心血管功能等相關(guān)腦區(qū)功能連接的影響可能是其治療精神、神志類及心血管疾病的中樞機(jī)制之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the different changes of brain functional connection between electroacupuncture of the heart meridian point and the same segment non-meridian point. Methods: healthy subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: 10 patients in the electroacupuncture group and 10 patients in the non-meridian group. Electroacupuncture of the right lower pole spring, Shaohai, Lingdao, Shenmen acupoint and non-meridian non-acupoint group of electroacupuncture on the right side of the heart meridian acupoint group, with double lateral cingulate gyrus as the seed point, the resting kinetic energy magnetic resonance imaging was used. The differences of brain functional connections between the two groups were analyzed. Results:. There was no significant difference in brain function junction between the two groups in the resting state before electroacupuncture. The same brain area in the two groups was bilateral posterior central gyrus when the acupoints of the heart and the meridians were not acupoints. Right inferior parietal lobule, right inferior frontal gyrus; In the electroacupuncture group, the specifically enhanced brain regions were left subtemporal gyrus, right parahippocampal gyrus, left precentral gyrus, right parietal lobe anterior cuneate lobe and left parietal lobe angle gyrus. Left inferior occipital gyrus, left cerebral islet (P0.05); The functional connection-specific new activated brain area in non-acupoint group was left superior temporal gyrus (P0.05). Conclusion: the brain is quiet without task. The same brain regions in the two groups were mainly related to the primary sensory area and the fine sensory control area. The results suggest that electroacupuncture stimulation can activate the general somatosensory region and fine sensory control area. The specific enhancement of functional connection and the increase of new brain area in the electroacupuncture group are mainly related to the higher cognitive functions such as cognition emotion memory and so on. It also includes the brain regions related to cardiovascular function. The function of these brain regions is closely related to the function of the heart meridian. It is inferred that the effect of electroacupuncture on the functional connections of brain regions related to advanced cognitive function and cardiovascular function may be one of the central mechanisms for the treatment of mental, mental and cardiovascular diseases.
