【摘要】：目的:通過對古籍的整理和臨床研究的觀察,初步評價(jià)齊刺率谷穴對無先兆偏頭痛急性發(fā)作期的即刻鎮(zhèn)痛療效。方法:將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的病例隨機(jī)分為治療組和對照組,每組各30例受試者。治療組采用齊刺法針刺患側(cè)率谷穴,常規(guī)針刺太陽,風(fēng)池,外關(guān),俠溪,絲竹空透刺向率谷的方法治療;對照組則采用常規(guī)針刺太陽,風(fēng)池,外關(guān),俠溪,絲竹空透刺向率谷的方法治療。兩組只在急性發(fā)作期針刺1次,針刺前后分別進(jìn)行簡式McGill疼痛量表的數(shù)據(jù)采集和整理,通過對比對兩組療效進(jìn)行評估。結(jié)果:1.對比治療前和治療后40分鐘兩組McGill評分,均有不同程度緩解(P0.05),且在簡式McGill疼痛量表各項(xiàng)評分方面,齊刺組明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);而治療前和治療后10、20分鐘兩組McGill各項(xiàng)評分方面,兩組差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2.治療組總有效率93.33%;對照組總有效率80%。兩組臨床療效之間差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.齊刺率谷穴對無先兆偏頭痛受試者有即刻鎮(zhèn)痛效應(yīng),時(shí)程在40min即刻鎮(zhèn)痛效應(yīng)明顯。2.經(jīng)齊刺率谷穴治療的無先兆偏頭痛受試者在McGill量表的疼痛感覺項(xiàng)、情感項(xiàng)、視覺模擬項(xiàng)及現(xiàn)時(shí)疼痛強(qiáng)度評分均得到不同程度改善,臨床療效較普通針刺治療偏頭痛顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the arrangement of ancient books and clinical research. Objective: to evaluate the immediate analgesic effect of Ziziru acupoint on acute attack stage of migraine without aura. Methods: the patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group. There were 30 subjects in each group. The treatment group was treated with Qi needling method to prick the points of the affected side, routine acupuncture to the Sun, Fengchi, Waiguan, Xiaxi, silk bamboo hollow penetration rate valley; The control group was treated with routine acupuncture of the sun, Fengchi, Waiguan, Xiaxi, Xianzhu empty penetration rate valley, the two groups were only acupuncture once in the acute attack period. The data of simple McGill pain scale were collected and sorted before and after acupuncture. Results: 1. Compare the McGill scores before treatment and 40 minutes after treatment, there was different degree of remission (P0.05). And in the simple McGill pain scale, the acupuncture group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the scores of McGill between the two groups before treatment and 10 ~ 20 minutes after treatment. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33; The total effective rate of the control group was 80. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: 1. The acupuncture rate of Qi Gu has an immediate analgesic effect on the subjects with no aura migraine. The analgesic effect was obvious at 40 minutes. 2. The pain sensation and emotion of the subjects without aura migraine treated by the prick rate of Gu points in McGill scale. The visual analogue item and the present pain intensity score were improved to some extent, and the clinical effect was significantly better than that of common acupuncture in treating migraine.
