【摘要】：研究目的:通過(guò)觀察骨寶膠囊用于治療老年男性肝腎不足型原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松癥臨床療效,運(yùn)用滋肝補(bǔ)腎法并配合鈣補(bǔ)充劑及抗骨質(zhì)疏松藥物治療老年男性原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松癥,探索討論中藥與西藥制劑結(jié)合治療該病的優(yōu)勢(shì)及臨床可行性。研究方法:收集患有老年男性原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松癥的老年男性患者60例。隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,兩組均給予鈣爾奇D和阿法迪三基礎(chǔ)治療,根據(jù)病情輕重給予抗骨質(zhì)疏松藥物如福善美、密蓋息、密固達(dá)治療,在此基礎(chǔ)上,試驗(yàn)組患者加用骨寶膠囊口服治療。臨床觀察6個(gè)月,記錄兩組患者臨床表現(xiàn)及實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查結(jié)果。研究成果:經(jīng)過(guò)臨床療效比較,中醫(yī)癥狀評(píng)分對(duì)比,試驗(yàn)組有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組,且具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。治療前后,兩組患者臨床癥狀、骨轉(zhuǎn)換指標(biāo)、睪酮均有明顯差異性,試驗(yàn)組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:在基礎(chǔ)治療及抗骨質(zhì)疏松治療外,加用骨寶膠囊治療效果明顯,骨寶膠囊治療老年男性肝腎不足型原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松癥的治療效果顯著,且無(wú)明顯不良反應(yīng)。該法毒副作用小,安全,方便患者接受,與鈣補(bǔ)充劑共用作用良好,值得臨床應(yīng)用、推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: through the observation of Gubao capsule for the treatment of elderly primary liver and kidney deficiency type clinical curative effect of osteoporosis by nourishing the liver and kidney method combined with calcium supplements and anti osteoporosis drugs for the treatment of elderly male patients with primary osteoporosis, traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine preparation combined with exploratory discussion and clinical feasibility of the treatment of the disease. Methods: the study was collected with elderly male elderly male patients with primary osteoporosis. 60 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, two groups were given Caltrate D and Afadi three basic treatment, according to the severity of given anti osteoporosis drugs such as Fosamax, Miacalcic, Aclasta in this treatment. On the basis, with Gubao capsules for treatment of patients in the experimental group. The clinical observation of 6 months, recording two groups of patients with clinical manifestation and laboratory examination results. Results: after the comparison of the clinical efficacy, TCM symptoms Score between the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, and have statistical significance. Before and after treatment, two groups of patients with clinical symptoms, bone turnover markers, significant differences in testosterone were the experimental group than the control group. Conclusion: on the basis of the treatment and treatment of osteoporosis with Gubao capsule, the treatment effect is obvious, bone capsule treatment significantly in elderly male liver and kidney deficiency type osteoporosis treatment effect, and no obvious adverse reactions. The side effects of small, safe, convenient for patients, good and common function of calcium supplements, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
