【摘要】：目的:本課題設(shè)計(jì)之目的在于通過(guò)觀察羌獨(dú)康膝顆粒對(duì)膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎風(fēng)寒濕痹證治療效果的臨床觀察,全面評(píng)價(jià)羌獨(dú)康膝顆粒治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎風(fēng)寒濕痹證的臨床療效和安全性。方法:觀察2015年2月至2015年12月期間湖南中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院骨傷二科門診符合膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎(風(fēng)寒濕痹證)診斷的患者60例,將60例本病患者隨機(jī)分兩組,一組為試驗(yàn)組30例,給予羌獨(dú)康膝顆粒治療;另一組為對(duì)照組30例,給予寒濕痹顆粒治療,共21天。以治療前和治療后的主要癥狀及客觀體征的變化作為觀察指標(biāo),從而對(duì)兩組患者的臨床療效進(jìn)行觀察和對(duì)比,同時(shí)檢測(cè)肝腎功能等安全性指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:臨床研究結(jié)果表明,兩組患者在治療前組間情況經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),兩組患者在治療21天后,兩組組內(nèi)比較顯示兩種藥物治療后均能有效改善患者癥狀,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),兩組患者在治療21天后組間治療效果情況比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:羌獨(dú)康膝顆粒和寒濕痹顆粒對(duì)風(fēng)寒濕痹證膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎治療均有肯定的療效。兩組都未發(fā)現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this project design is to observe the clinical effect of Qiang Dukang knee granule on the treatment of rheumatic arthritis of knee osteoarthritis with wind-cold and dampness arthralgia syndrome. Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qiang Dukang knee granules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with the syndrome of wind-cold dampness and arthralgia. To observe that from February 2015 to December 2015, the outpatient clinic of the second affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine (Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine) was in accordance with knee osteoarthritis (. 60 cases were diagnosed as wind cold and dampness arthralgia syndrome. 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n = 30) was treated with Qiang Dukang knee granules. The other group, 30 cases in control group, were treated with Hanshinbi granule for 21 days. The changes of main symptoms and objective signs before and after treatment were taken as the observation index. Thus the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared, and the safety indexes such as liver and kidney function were detected. Results: the clinical results showed that. There was no statistical significance between the two groups before treatment P0.05. After 21 days of treatment, the comparison between the two groups showed that the two drugs can effectively improve the symptoms of the patients. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups after 21 days of treatment (P 0.05). Conclusion: Qiang Dukang knee granule and Hanshi Bi granule have definite curative effect on rheumatic and dampness arthralgia knee osteoarthritis, and no adverse reactions were found in both groups.
