【摘要】：目的:觀察按摩加牽引點(diǎn)壓復(fù)位法治療腰椎間盤突出癥的臨床效果。方法:將我院收治的140例腰椎間盤突出癥患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組。對(duì)照組患者采用常規(guī)的治療方法,觀察組患者采用按摩加牽引點(diǎn)壓復(fù)位法治療。結(jié)果:觀察組患者治療后顯效率以及疼痛控制效果明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:按摩加牽引點(diǎn)壓復(fù)位法治療腰椎間盤突出癥臨床效果顯著,能夠有效地控制患者的疼痛,值得在臨床上推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of massage point pressure reduction method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and traction. Methods: 140 cases in our hospital were lumbar disc herniation patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, the observation group were treated by massage therapy plus point pressure reduction traction. Results: the patients in the observation group significant efficiency and pain control effect was better than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: the clinical effect of massage and traction point pressure reduction method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation significantly, can effectively control the patient's pain, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
