【摘要】：目的:探究在產科積乳癥產婦中采用中醫(yī)護理會診模式的六步奶結疏通法的應用效果。方法:采用隨機數(shù)字表法將2015年7月—2016年7月本院產科收治的140例積乳癥產婦分為研究組和對照組。對照組給予吸乳器吸乳和芒硝外敷,研究組采用六步奶結疏通法。3 d后觀察兩組恢復情況、視覺模擬法評分(VAS)及乳房腫脹程度改善情況。結果:研究組總有效率明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);研究組VAS評分、腫脹程度明顯低于對照組,對比差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:中醫(yī)護理會診模式的六步奶結疏通法可以迅速疏通乳腺管,促使排乳,對產后積乳癥產婦療效安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore in obstetric galactorrhea by maternal consultation mode of TCM nursing application effect of six step milk node dredging method. Methods: randomly from July 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital treated 140 cases of galactorrhea were divided into study group and control group. The control group was given suck milk and mirabilite milk, the study group using the six step method of.3 d to clear the milk knot of two groups were observed after recovery, the visual analogue score (VAS) and breast swelling degree improvement. Results: the total efficiency of the study group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the VAS scores of the study group, the degree of swelling significantly lower than the control group, there was statistically significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion: nursing consultation pattern in TCM the six step milk knot dredging method can rapidly dredge breast tube, to milk, for postpartum galactorrhea maternal effect is safe and reliable.
