【摘要】：“結”病機是《傷寒論》熱實結胸的核心病機,也是傷寒變病、壞病的重要病機形式。文章通過對熱實結胸“結”病機的促發(fā)因素、形成條件及主方等方面進行分析,總結“結”病機的特點,并在此基礎上進一步闡釋具有普遍性的“結”病機的成因及演變特點,以期完善中醫(yī)病機理論體系并對指導臨床相關疾病的治療有所裨益。
[Abstract]:"Knot" disease machine is the core of hot solid chest in the theory of typhoid fever. It is also an important form of disease and bad disease. Based on the hot real chest "knot" in the pathogenesis of precipitating factors, formation conditions and main aspects of analysis, summed up the "knot" characteristics of pathogenesis, and further explains the universal "knot" in the pathogenesis of Genesis and evolution characteristics, benefit to improve the theoretical system traditional Chinese medicine disease and to guide the clinical treatment of diseases related to.
