【摘要】：目的:用德爾菲法探索蛔蟲病中醫(yī)指南修訂。方法:基于現(xiàn)有的古代文獻及現(xiàn)代中外文獻及既往指南內(nèi)容,借由德爾菲法編制蛔蟲病兩輪專家問卷,向全國范圍內(nèi)遴選出的40位專家發(fā)放問卷調(diào)查,回收35份,對所得數(shù)據(jù)進行積極系數(shù)、意見集中程度、意見協(xié)調(diào)程度、權(quán)威程度的統(tǒng)計與評估。結(jié)果:形成小兒蛔蟲病中醫(yī)診療指南初稿。結(jié)論:德爾菲法能夠在蛔蟲病的指南修訂中發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢,使指南形成更具有合理性,也使指南更具有臨床操作性。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the traditional Chinese medicine for Delphy Fa amendment ascariasis. Methods: Ancient Literature and modern literature and the existing content based on the previous guidelines, through two rounds of expert questionnaire compiled by Delphy Fa ascariasis, 40 experts were selected to nationwide selection the questionnaires, 35 copies were collected, statistics and evaluation positive coefficient, concentration degree, coordination degree, opinion opinion authority degree of the data. Results: the formation of the draft guidelines for TCM diagnosis and treatment of infantile ascariasis. Conclusion: Delphy Fa can play the advantages in ascariasis revisions of the guidelines, to guide the formation of more reasonable, but also makes the guide has more clinical operation.
