【摘要】：目的:觀察補(bǔ)腎活血法配合耳穴貼壓治療腎虛血瘀型PCOS導(dǎo)致的月經(jīng)后期的臨床療效,探討其改善月經(jīng)、排卵的機(jī)理。方法:將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例患者分為對(duì)照組與治療組,治療組(30例)給予補(bǔ)腎活血中藥配合耳穴貼壓治療,對(duì)照組給予紅花如意丸、復(fù)方玄駒膠囊治療。治療一個(gè)周期后,觀察分析治療前、后中醫(yī)臨床證候的變化,觀察血清LH(黃體生成素)、FSH(卵泡刺激素)、E2(雌二醇)、T(睪酮)、CRP(C反應(yīng)蛋白)的含量變化及LH/FSH的比值變化。結(jié)果:綜合療效治療組有效率為80%,高于對(duì)照組的63.3%,有顯著性差異(P0.05)。中醫(yī)證候療效治療組總有效率為83.3%,高于對(duì)照組的70%,有顯著性差異(P0.05)。治療后兩組患者中醫(yī)證候積分明顯降低,組內(nèi)比較有顯著性差異(P0.01),治療后組間比較有顯著性差異(P0.05)。查血所示各項(xiàng)值兩組均有改善,治療組與對(duì)照組組間比較LH、FSH、E2、T、CRP、LH/FSH治療組改善明顯,組間比較有顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:補(bǔ)腎活血法配合耳穴貼壓對(duì)于腎虛血瘀型多囊卵巢綜合征導(dǎo)致的月經(jīng)后期有良好的治療效果,可明顯改善患者的中醫(yī)臨床癥狀和體征,整體上改善機(jī)體的內(nèi)分泌紊亂,調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)分泌環(huán)境,調(diào)節(jié)月經(jīng)、促進(jìn)排卵,是臨床治療的有效方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation and auricular point sticking therapy on the menstrual period caused by kidney deficiency and blood stasis type PCOS, and to explore its mechanism of improving menstruation and ovulation. Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the control group and the treatment group. The treatment group (30 cases) was given Bushen Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine plus auricular point sticking therapy, while the control group was given safflower Ruyi pills and compound Xuan Ju capsules. After a period of treatment, the changes of TCM syndromes before and after treatment were observed and analyzed. The changes of serum LH (luteinizing hormone), FSH (follicle stimulating hormone), E2 (estradiol), T (Gao Tong) and CRP (C reactive protein) and the ratio of LH/FSH were observed. Results: the effective rate of the integrated therapeutic group was 80%, which was higher than that of the control group (63.3%), and there was a significant difference (P0.05). The total effective rate of TCM syndrome treatment group was 83.3%, which was higher than that of the control group (70%), and there was significant difference (P0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the group (P0.01), and there was a significant difference between the groups after treatment (P0.05). The test shows the value of the two groups were improved, the treatment group and the control groups LH, FSH, E2, T, CRP, LH/FSH of the treatment group improved significantly, there were significant difference between two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: Bushen Huoxue combined with auricular plaster for polycystic ovarian syndrome caused by menstruation has a good therapeutic effect, can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and signs, improve endocrine disorder overall, regulating endocrine environment, regulating menstruation, promoting ovulation, is an effective method for clinical treatment.
