【摘要】：目的:建立藏族藥珍珠丸系列品種(二十五味珍珠丸、七十味珍珠丸)中揮發(fā)性成分的特征圖譜,對(duì)其部分成分歸屬進(jìn)行初步判定,為其全面質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)提供依據(jù)。方法:Agilent DB-1毛細(xì)管柱(0.25 mm×30 m,0.25μm),進(jìn)樣口溫度200℃,FID檢測(cè)器溫度320℃;柱溫初始溫度為60℃,保留1 min,以4℃·min~(-1)的速率升至90℃,保留1 min,再以2℃·min~(-1)的速率升至110℃,保留10 min,再以2.5℃·min~(-1)的速率升至200℃,保留5 min,最后以5℃·min~(-1)的速率升至280℃,保留8 min;載氣氮?dú)?流速3 m L·min~(-1),進(jìn)樣量2μL,分流比為5∶1。結(jié)果:GC特征圖譜中標(biāo)定的共有峰,精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復(fù)性均達(dá)到了要求(RSD5.0%),相似度分析中,不同廠家、不同批次的樣品各成分的種類差異不大,但成分的比例和量上差異較大。結(jié)論:建立的氣相特征圖譜中,各共有峰分離較好,可為藏族藥珍珠丸系列品種的質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish the characteristic chromatogram of the volatile components in the series of Tibetan medicine Pearl Ball Series (twenty-five flavor pearl pills and seventy flavor pearl pills), and preliminarily determine their partial components, so as to provide basis for their comprehensive quality evaluation. Method: Agilent DB-1 column (0.25 mm * 30 m, 0.25 m), the inlet temperature of 200 DEG C, FID detector temperature of 320 DEG C; column temperature and initial temperature of 60 DEG C, keep 1 to 4 degrees min, min~ (-1) rate to 90 DEG C, retention of 1 min, and then to 2 C - min~ (-1) the rate of up to 110 degrees Celsius, retention of 10 min, and then to 2.5 DEG C - min~ (-1) the rate of retention of 5 to 200 DEG C, min, finally to 5 DEG C - min~ (-1) rate to 280 DEG C, retained 8 min; nitrogen carrier gas, the flow rate of 3 m L. Min~ (-1), sample volume 2 L, the split ratio is 5: 1. Results: the common peaks in the GC characteristic map reached the requirement of accuracy, stability and repeatability (RSD5.0%). In similarity analysis, there was little difference in the components among different manufacturers and batches of samples, but the proportion and quantity of components were quite different. Conclusion: the common peaks are well separated in the gas phase characteristics atlas established, which can be used for reference for the quality evaluation of the Tibetan medicine Pearl Pill series.
