【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)對(duì)脾氣虧虛型功能性腹瀉患者進(jìn)行為期4周的背俞指針療法治療,觀察背俞指針療法對(duì)該類(lèi)患者的臨床療效,探討背俞指針療法對(duì)脾氣虧虛型功能性腹瀉的治療機(jī)制,為其臨床推廣運(yùn)用奠定基礎(chǔ)。方法:1.共納入功能性腹瀉患者54例,脫落4例,經(jīng)各項(xiàng)檢查合格,隨機(jī)分為背俞指針療法組(治療組)和西醫(yī)治療組(對(duì)照組),每組各25例。2.治療組進(jìn)行背俞指針療法治療;對(duì)照組采用復(fù)合乳酸菌膠囊(0.33g×12粒/盒,江蘇美通制藥有限公司),口服,2粒/次,3次/天,共治療4周。3.通過(guò)收集患者"功能性腹瀉日記卡",分別對(duì)兩組患者基線期、入組后第2周、入組后第4周、入組后第8周進(jìn)行療效評(píng)估,收集各組各療效評(píng)估點(diǎn)的周排便次數(shù)、糞便性狀積分、正常排便維持時(shí)間等數(shù)據(jù)以分析,觀察各組治療效果。探討背俞指針療法治療脾氣虧虛型功能性腹瀉的作用機(jī)制。結(jié)果:1.兩組功能性腹瀉患者基線情況良好,分組比較均衡(P0.05),可比性較強(qiáng);2.兩組內(nèi)比較,對(duì)入組后第2周、第4周、第8周的周排便次數(shù)、糞便性狀改變及正常排便維持時(shí)間的各項(xiàng)評(píng)估均有顯著差異(P0.05),且后期療效優(yōu)于前期;3.兩組間比較,對(duì)入組后第2周在周排便次數(shù)、糞便性狀改變及正常排便維持時(shí)間的各項(xiàng)評(píng)估P0.05,無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,說(shuō)明兩組在第2周時(shí)療效相當(dāng);入組第4周、第8周的周排便次數(shù)、糞便性狀改變及正常排便維持時(shí)間的各項(xiàng)評(píng)估均有顯著差異(P0.05),提示治療組比對(duì)照組療效好;4.治療組和對(duì)照組在治療前后療效的差異,P0.05。說(shuō)明治療組對(duì)功能性腹瀉的療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:1.治療組在改善脾氣虧虛型功能性腹瀉的周排便次數(shù)、大便性狀上、正常排便維持時(shí)間及伴隨癥狀上優(yōu)于對(duì)照組;2.治療組在疾病臨床療效上優(yōu)于對(duì)照組;3.背俞指針療法治療脾氣虧虛型功能性腹瀉的機(jī)理與背俞指針療法調(diào)理脾胃氣機(jī)升降,而達(dá)到健脾溫陽(yáng),行氣祛濕,止瀉的作用有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: a back Shu pointer therapy 4 weeks of treatment of patients with deficiency of temper by loss of functional diarrhea, to observe the clinical efficacy of Beishu pointer therapy on this kind of patients, to explore the treatment mechanism of deficiency of back Shu pointer therapy deficiency of functional diarrhea of spleen, for the clinical use of foundation. Methods: 1. patients with functional diarrhea were divided into 54 cases and 4 cases of abscission. They were randomly divided into the back Shu acupuncture therapy group (Western medicine treatment group) and the western medicine treatment group (control group), 25 cases in each group. The 2. treatment groups were Beishu pointer therapy; the control group using Lactobacillus Complex Capsules (0.33g * 12 / box, Jiangsu MEITONG Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd), oral, 2 tablets, 3 times / day, a total of 4 weeks of treatment. 3. patients were collected by "functional diarrhea diary card", the two groups of patients were enrolled after baseline, second weeks, fourth weeks, after entering the group into the group after eighth weeks to evaluate the curative effect and the curative effect evaluation point was collected weekly defecation frequency, stool score, maintain normal defecation time and other data to analysis of the therapeutic effects were observed. To explore the mechanism of the back - Shu pointer therapy in the treatment of functional diarrhea of deficiency of spleen - deficiency type. Results: two groups of 1. patients with functional diarrhea baseline in good condition, comparing the equilibrium (P0.05), comparable in the two groups; 2., second weeks, fourth weeks and eighth weeks in group after weeks of defecation frequency and stool change and maintain the normal defecation time assessment has significant difference (P0.05), and the latter effect is better than that of early; 3. between the two groups in the group after second weeks in the week defecation frequency and stool change and maintain the normal defecation time assessment of P0.05, was not statistically significant, indicating that the two groups at second weeks treatment group for fourth weeks, eighth; in the weeks of defecation, stool change and maintain the normal defecation time assessment has significant difference (P0.05), the treatment group than the control group curative effect is good; the difference in the curative effect before and after treatment 4. treatment group and control group, P0.05. The effect of the treatment group on functional diarrhea was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: the stool defecation, 1. week treatment group of deficiency of functional diarrhea in the improvement of temper, normal defecation duration and accompanying symptoms than the control group; 2. in the treatment group than the control group on the clinical curative effect of the disease; 3. back Shu pointer therapy spleen qi deficiency type diarrhea mechanism and function back Shu pointer therapy lifting stomach gas machine, to strengthen spleen and warm yang, Qi dampness, related to diarrhea.
