【摘要】：目的通過美式整脊的臨床查體結果與骨盆正位片在岡氏X光判讀法下的結果做對比,進行骨盆旋移綜合征骨盆查體的臨床診斷意義的研究,驗證美式整脊臨床查體對骨盆旋移綜合征診斷的準確性,從而為以后對骨盆旋移綜合征的診斷提供一套準確、客觀、方便、實惠的檢查方案。方法隨機抽取40例符合納入標準并且不符合排除標準的確診為骨盆旋移綜合征的患者(必須在專業(yè)美式整脊醫(yī)師的指導下進行拍片,并由醫(yī)師按照岡氏X光判讀法為標準進行讀片),采用單盲法,記錄其讀片結果并進行保密。然后對40例患者進行美式整脊骨盆旋移綜合征臨床查體,并記錄結果。將兩組記錄的數(shù)據(jù)結果進行比較,采用行×列表χ2檢驗,使用SPSS 20.0進行統(tǒng)計分析判定兩者之間的量效關系。結果40例受試者均為來自江蘇省中醫(yī)院推拿科患者,男性22例,女性18例。最大年齡70歲,最小年齡14歲,平均年齡(40.75±17.826)歲。具有可比性。χ~2=0.943,P=1.0,P0.05,說明臨床查體結果和影像結果沒有顯著性差異,不具統(tǒng)計學意義,因此美式整脊骨盆查體可以作為骨盆旋移綜合征的臨床診斷方法,并且具有準確性。結論美式整脊骨盆的臨床查體可以代替骨盆平片拍攝,且具有準確性。針對骨盆旋移綜合征患者,臨床醫(yī)師可以采用臨床查體的方法快速、準確、有效的作出診斷,無需讓病人去影像科攝片,加快疾病診斷和治療,減少影像裝置對患者的輻射。量效關系分析揭示,美式整脊臨床查體取代骨盆平片拍攝具有可靠性。
[Abstract]:To check the results of clinical departments of chiropractic and radiograph of the pelvis in the gang's X method under the comparative study of clinical diagnosis significance of pelvic rotation shift syndrome pelvic examination and verification of the American chiropractic clinical examination of pelvic rotation and movement accuracy of syndrome diagnosis, thus providing a set of accurate, objective, convenient and affordable solutions for inspection after the diagnosis of pelvic rotation shift syndrome. Methods: 40 cases were randomly selected in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria do not meet the diagnosis for pelvic rotation shift syndrome patients (which must be in the film, a professional American chiropractic physician under the guidance by physicians according to ghon's interpretation method for X optical reading as standard), using the single blind method, record the reading results and confidential. The clinical examination of 40 patients with American pelvic rotation syndrome was performed and the results were recorded. The data of the two groups were compared, using the line x list chi 2 test, and using SPSS 20 to make statistical analysis to determine the quantity effect relationship between the two groups. Results all the 40 subjects were from the Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital massage department, 22 male and 18 female. The maximum age is 70 years, the minimum age is 14 years, the average age is (40.75 + 17.826) years. It has comparability. Chi square ~2=0.943, P=1.0 and P0.05 showed that there was no significant difference between the results of clinical examination and imaging results. There was no statistical significance. Therefore, the American pelvis pelvis examination can be used as a clinical diagnostic method for pelvic rotation syndrome, and it has the accuracy. Conclusion the clinical examination of the American whole spinal pelvis can be taken as a substitute for the pelvis flat film, and it is accurate. For patients with pelvic rotation syndrome, clinicians can make rapid, accurate and effective diagnosis by using clinical examination. No need for patients to take photographs, accelerate disease diagnosis and treatment, and reduce the radiation of imaging devices to patients. The quantitative relationship analysis revealed that it was reliable to take the replacement of the pelvic flat film by the American whole spine clinical examination.
