【摘要】：目的:本研究在總結(jié)前期臨床工作的基礎(chǔ)上,針對心腎不交型不寐的主要病機(jī),擬定“坎中求陽”針法,觀察“坎中求陽”針法治療失眠的臨床療效,以期形成針對失眠人群療效確切,并可供推廣應(yīng)用的治療方法。方法:隨機(jī)將40例患者分為“坎中求陽”針刺治療組和隔藥灸臍觀察組,每組各20例。針刺治療組處方為:至陰、復(fù)溜、太溪、中封、神門、腕骨;隔藥灸臍觀察組為交泰丸合六味地黃丸加減。通過統(tǒng)計匹茨堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)(PSQI)量表,觀察、比較兩組患者在治療前后睡眠質(zhì)量改善情況及其差異。結(jié)果:1.針刺組治療前后對比,PSQI各項觀察指標(biāo)評分上均有顯著性差異(P0.01)。2.隔藥灸臍組治療前后對比,在睡眠效率、日間功能障礙及總分3項上有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。3.針刺組與隔藥灸臍組治療后相比,總體療效有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.“坎中求陽”針法可明顯改善心腎不交型不寐臨床癥狀。2.隔藥灸臍法治療不寐有一定療效,可明顯提高患者白天精力。3.“坎中求陽”治療組與隔藥灸臍組在治療后的總體療效上有差異,表明針刺治療組優(yōu)于隔藥灸臍組。
[Abstract]:Objective: on the base of summarizing the previous clinical work, aiming at the main pathogenesis of insomnia of heart kidney disharmony, develop "seeking Yang acupuncture in the clinical observation of" Kan, Kan seeking Yang in acupuncture treatment of insomnia, in order to form for people with insomnia curative effect, treatment methods and available for promotion the application of. Methods: 40 patients were randomly divided into the acupuncture treatment group of "Khan seeking Yang" and the observation group of the umbilicus with medicine separated moxibustion, with 20 cases in each group. The prescription of acupuncture treatment group was: to Yin, Fu Lu, Tai Xi, Zhong seal, God door, carpal bone, and the medicine moxibustion at the navel group was added and reduced with six flavour Rehmannia pills. Through the statistics of the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) scale, the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment in patients with sleep quality and difference. Results: 1. the comparison of the 1. acupuncture groups before and after treatment, there were significant differences in the scores of various observation indexes (P0.01). There were statistically significant differences in the sleep efficiency, daytime dysfunction and total score in 3 items (P0.05) before and after the treatment of 2. septate moxibustion at the umbilicus group. 3. the total curative effect of the acupuncture group and the medicine - separated moxibustion at the umbilicus group was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: 1. "kan seeking Yang in acupuncture can significantly improve the insomnia of heart kidney disharmony in clinical symptoms. Have a certain effect of 2. navel treatment of insomnia, patients can significantly improve the energy during the day. 3. the total curative effect of the treatment group and the navel group of the medicine separated moxibustion in the treatment group were different, indicating that the acupuncture treatment group was superior to the umbilicus group with the medicine separated by the medicinal moxibustion.
