四君子湯對(duì)16月齡小鼠血漿內(nèi)源性代謝物質(zhì)的影響

目的:基于代謝組學(xué)方法觀察四君子湯對(duì)16月齡小鼠血漿代謝影響,解析四君子湯對(duì)小鼠增齡過(guò)程的作用。方法:基于UPLC-HDMS技術(shù),采用主成分(PCA)和正交偏最小二乘-判別分析法(OPLS-DA)分析3月齡對(duì)照組與16月齡空白組、16月齡給藥組小鼠血漿代謝物及其所參與的代謝通路,探討標(biāo)志物及代謝通路的增齡性變化。結(jié)果:當(dāng)取VIP>1時(shí),篩查得到37個(gè)與衰老相關(guān)的潛在的生物標(biāo)記物,四君子湯對(duì)16個(gè)代謝標(biāo)志物起到了調(diào)節(jié)作用,其中14個(gè)具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,它們參與了8條代謝途徑;當(dāng)取VIP>2時(shí),篩查得到15個(gè)與衰老相關(guān)的潛在的生物標(biāo)記物,四君子湯對(duì)3個(gè)代謝標(biāo)志物起到了調(diào)節(jié)作用,其中3個(gè)具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,它們參與了1條代謝途徑。結(jié)論:四君子湯可以通過(guò)介入酪氨酸代謝、色氨酸代謝、不飽和脂肪酸的生物合成影響生物體的生長(zhǎng)進(jìn)程,為四君子湯干預(yù)小鼠增齡過(guò)程的生物學(xué)基礎(chǔ)提供依據(jù)。
