強化科學(xué)訓(xùn)練對戰(zhàn)士體質(zhì)及減少訓(xùn)練傷發(fā)生率的影響

【摘要】:目的:通過對參加運動訓(xùn)練的士兵在身體素質(zhì)、形態(tài)及機能方面的變化分析,研究負荷強度與機能及訓(xùn)練損傷發(fā)生的關(guān)系。方法:對新入伍士兵隨機抽樣32人為強化訓(xùn)練組,43人為普通訓(xùn)練組,分別進行2年負荷強度訓(xùn)練后的身體素質(zhì),形態(tài)及機能的變化觀察。結(jié)果:兩組士兵訓(xùn)練前后身體形態(tài)包括身高、體質(zhì)量、肌周圍度及瘦體體質(zhì)量、體脂的變化,自身對比或兩組對比,比差有顯著性意義(t=0.00~24.59,P0.05~0.01);力量素質(zhì)中的爆發(fā)力,靈敏素質(zhì),協(xié)調(diào)性及安靜時心率、血壓、肺活量、12min跑,比差均有顯著性意義(t=0.04~29.00,P0.05~0.01)。隨著運動負荷的不斷增加,2年后的各項指標均明顯優(yōu)
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between load intensity and function and the occurrence of training injury by analyzing the changes of physical quality, shape and function of soldiers participating in sports training.
