模擬艦船沖擊裝置的研制及艦船眼部沖擊傷的實驗研究

[Abstract]:Ship impact injury, as a kind of damage caused by the strong impact motion of the surface ship transmitted through the hull and deck, even endangers the life of the ship and seriously affects the combat effectiveness of the ship. Since 1980s, research institutions at home and abroad have attached great importance to it and carried out a lot of research, but there are few reports on the effect of instantaneous severe impact movement on the visual system of people, that is, the impact injury of the eye of the ship. Visual organ is the most important sensory organ of human body, and the influence of visual function on combat effectiveness is very important. The research of ship eye impact injury is of great significance to maintain and improve the combat effectiveness of ship personnel. The purpose of this study is to analyze the injury characteristics and injury mechanism of ship eye impact injury through animal experiment through ship impact simulation device, and to lay a foundation for future treatment and research to formulate protective measures. In this study, on the basis of the existing animal model of ship impact injury, a simulation device of ship impact injury is established, which is closer to the actual ship effect, economical and simple, and easy to carry. After the animal model was established, three shock acceleration grades of 60g, 80g and 100g were selected and divided into three groups. Five rabbits in each group were randomly divided into three groups. Five rabbits in each group were randomly divided into three groups before injury, 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 2 weeks after injury, and their visual electrophysiological changes were measured and fundus photography and fluorescein angiography were performed. Then, 6 rabbits in the first group were perfused with lanthanum nitrate through carotid artery at these six time points.
