【摘要】：目的探討西安地區(qū)65歲以上軍隊(duì)老年人健康相關(guān)因素及各因素隨年齡變化趨勢(shì)。方法從2005年6月30日~2006年6月30日對(duì)1987年建立的西安市22所軍隊(duì)離退休干部隊(duì)列人群中的健康相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行了再次調(diào)查,完成調(diào)查的干部694例,對(duì)其18年前后健康相關(guān)因素的變化趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果694例老年人中,吸煙率67.58%,飲酒率63.83%,自答鍛煉率88.47%,按中國(guó)成人體重指數(shù)(BMI)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),超重者(BMI≥24kg/cm2)287例,肥胖者(BMI≥28kg/cm2)80例;體檢指標(biāo)18年后與18年前比較顯示,TG上升、舒張壓下降、鍛煉者和飲酒者比例均升高(P0.05),各種疾病患病率隨年齡的增加均有上升趨勢(shì)(P0.05)。結(jié)論該人群吸煙率、飲酒率和超重率高于國(guó)內(nèi)水平,提示在該人群中應(yīng)加強(qiáng)相關(guān)健康教育;同時(shí)也要密切關(guān)注多種疾病患病率隨年齡發(fā)生的動(dòng)態(tài)變化。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the health related factors of military elderly over 65 years old in Xi'an area and the changing trend of each factor with age. Methods from June 30, 2005 to June 30, 2006, the health related factors of 22 retired cadres in Xi'an City established in 1987 were investigated again. 694 cadres completed the investigation, and the changing trends of health related factors before and after 18 years were compared and analyzed. Results among 694 elderly patients, smoking rate was 67.58%, drinking rate was 63.83%, self-answer exercise rate was 88.47%.
