【摘要】：正 醫(yī)療費用公開是軍隊醫(yī)院適應(yīng)國家和軍隊衛(wèi)生改革要求,深化內(nèi)部改革,提高科學(xué)管理水平,全面提高醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量的一項綜合改革措施。近年來,北京軍區(qū)所屬各醫(yī)院主動適應(yīng)衛(wèi)生改革形勢,依托軍字一號醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng),向社會和病人公開醫(yī)療價目,開展醫(yī)療費用咨詢服務(wù),采取為住院病人提供日費用清單打印以及持卡實時瀏覽和查詢等方式,做到了從門診到住院的全程醫(yī)療費用公開,其方法逐步完善,管理不斷規(guī)范,取得了較好的效果,贏得了病人的好評,樹立了軍隊醫(yī)院良好的社會形象。筆者就怎樣認(rèn)識軍隊醫(yī)院醫(yī)療費用公開,如何把握好實施過程中的重點問題,談幾點粗淺的建議:
[Abstract]:The publicity of medical expenses is a comprehensive reform measure for military hospitals to adapt to the requirements of national and military health reform, deepen internal reform, improve the level of scientific management and improve the quality of medical service in an all-round way. In recent years, the hospitals affiliated to the Beijing military region have taken the initiative to adapt to the situation of health reform, rely on the information system of the No. 1 military hospital, disclose medical prices to the society and patients, carry out medical cost consultation services, and provide daily cost list printing for inpatients and real-time browsing and inquiry with cards, so as to make the whole medical expenses from outpatient to inpatient public, and their methods gradually improved and the management is constantly standardized. Achieved good results, won the praise of patients, set up a good social image of military hospitals. The author discusses some superficial suggestions on how to understand the publicity of medical expenses in military hospitals and how to grasp the key problems in the process of implementation.
