【摘要】：目的　觀察“天年素”功能繃帶對軟組織傷的治療效果 .方法　采用隨機三盲對照試驗 .駐陜某團參加 1998/1999兩個年度新兵基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練中發(fā)生的軟組織傷員 12 3例 ,隨機分為 A繃帶組 (A組 ,n=6 2個部位 )和 B繃帶組 (n=6 5個部位 ) ,觀察 1wk.試驗結(jié)束后廠家告知 A繃帶為非功能繃帶 ,B繃帶為“天年素”功能繃帶 .結(jié)果　 A,B兩組較治療前癥狀均明顯好轉(zhuǎn) ,B組在消腫、止痛方面優(yōu)于 A組 ,有顯著性差異 .B組總有效率 (77% )高于 A組 (5 8% ,P0 .0 5 ) .結(jié)論　功能繃帶治療軟組織傷有明顯效果 ,在消腫、止痛方面優(yōu)于 A繃帶 .
