【摘要】：目的 :落實《“九五”期間全軍除害滅病規(guī)劃》 ,創(chuàng)全軍甲級衛(wèi)生單位 ,提高部隊的生活質(zhì)量和環(huán)境質(zhì)量。方法 :以《“九五”期間全軍除害滅病規(guī)劃實施辦法及考評細則》為標準 ,現(xiàn)場進行指導(dǎo)。結(jié)果 :通過全體官兵的共同努力 ,順利通過全軍愛衛(wèi)會組織的達標驗收 ,榮獲“全軍甲級衛(wèi)生單位”稱號。并得出如下體會 :領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視 ,愛衛(wèi)會各部門相互配合 ,分工負責(zé)是基礎(chǔ) ;加強管理 ,制度落實 ,強化健康教育 ,加大除“四害”力度是主要措施。結(jié)論 :“創(chuàng)建全軍甲級衛(wèi)生單位”活動對提高部隊官兵衛(wèi)生意識 ,文明素質(zhì) ,改善部隊生活質(zhì)量和環(huán)境質(zhì)量 ,降低疾病發(fā)生率起到很好的促進作用 ,不失為加強部隊衛(wèi)生建設(shè)的有效措施 ,應(yīng)當(dāng)持之以恒地開展下去。
[Abstract]:Objective: to implement the Ninth five-year Plan for the elimination of diseases in the whole army, to create a Class A health unit, and to improve the quality of life and environmental quality of the army. Methods: according to the implementation measures and evaluation rules of the whole army during the Ninth five-year Plan period, the field guidance was carried out. Results: through the joint efforts of all officers and soldiers, we successfully passed the acceptance of the standard organized by the all-Army Health Association, and won the title of "Class A Health Unit of the whole Army". It is concluded that the leaders attach importance to each other, and the division of labor and responsibility is the foundation; strengthening management, implementing the system, strengthening health education, and strengthening the elimination of the "four evils" are the main measures. Conclusion: the activity of "establishing a Class A health unit of the whole army" plays a very good role in improving the health awareness, civilized quality, quality of life and environmental quality of the troops, and reducing the incidence of diseases. As an effective measure to strengthen the health construction of the army, it should be carried out continuously.
