參訓(xùn)坦克乘員腸道雙歧桿菌的變化及其影響因素

【摘要】:目的了解野外訓(xùn)練環(huán)境條件對坦克乘員腸道雙歧桿菌的影響。方法通過活菌定量培養(yǎng)計數(shù)法 ,動態(tài)觀察 32例參訓(xùn)坦克乘員和 30例非坦克乘員糞便中雙歧桿菌數(shù) (B)和大腸桿菌數(shù) (E)及B/E值。運(yùn)用SPSS/P +軟件包進(jìn)行多元逐步回歸分析 ,判斷參訓(xùn)坦克乘員腸道雙歧桿菌數(shù)與訓(xùn)練環(huán)境因素各變量之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果坦克乘員組參訓(xùn)后第 30天和第 5 9天糞便中雙歧桿菌數(shù)分別為 (8.35± 0 .4 8)lgcfu·g- 1和 (8.4 1± 0 .4 9)lgcfu·g- 1;大腸桿菌分別為 (8.0 5± 0 .4 3)lgcfu·g- 1和 (7.97± 0 .4 1)lgcfu·g- 1;B/E值分別為 1.0 4± 0 .0 8和 1.0 6± 0 .0 8。參訓(xùn)前糞便中雙歧桿菌和大腸桿菌數(shù)分別為 (9.5 5± 0 .4 2 )lgcfu·g- 1和 (7.0 1± 0 .2 0 )lgcfu·g- 1,B/E值為 1.36±0 .0 7。非坦克乘員組糞便中雙歧桿菌數(shù)和大腸桿菌數(shù)分別為 (9.2 7± 0 .6 5 )lgcfu·g- 1和 (6 .93±0 .2 9)lgcfu·g- 1,B/E值為 1.34± 0 .11。坦克乘員組參訓(xùn)后與參訓(xùn)前及對照組比較 ,糞便中雙歧桿菌數(shù)量均顯著減少 (P 0 .0 1) ,大腸桿菌數(shù)均顯著增多 (P 0 .0 1) ,B/E值均顯著降低 (P 0 .0 1)。多元逐步回歸分析并按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)回歸系數(shù)大小排列 ,對參訓(xùn)坦克乘員腸道雙歧桿菌數(shù)量有顯著意義 (P 0 .0 5 )的影響因素有 :噪聲、乘室空間、有
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of field training environment on intestinal bifidobacteria of tank crew. Methods the number of bifidobacillus (B) and Escherichia coli (E) and B / E in the feces of 32 tank crew and 30 non-tank crew were observed dynamically by the method of quantitative culture and counting of living bacteria. Multiple stepwise regression analysis was carried out by SPSS/P software package to judge the relationship between the number of Bifidobacterium in intestinal tract and the factors of training environment. Results the number of Bifidobacillus in feces of tank crew group was (8.35 鹵0.48) lgcfu 路g ~ (- 1) and (8.41 鹵0.49) lgcfu 路g ~ (- 1) on the 30th and 59th day after training, respectively. The B / E values of Escherichia coli were (8.05 鹵0.43) lgcfu 路g-1 and (7.97 鹵0.41) lgcfu 路g-1 and 1.06 鹵0.8, respectively. The number of bifidobacillus and Escherichia coli in feces before training was (9.55 鹵0.42) lgcfu 路g-1 and (7.01 鹵0.20) lgcfu 路g-1, respectively, and the B / E ratio was 1.36 鹵0.07.
