【摘要】：目的 :改善部隊(duì)生活環(huán)境質(zhì)量 ,促進(jìn)官兵衛(wèi)生行為養(yǎng)成 ,提高官兵健康水平 ,為增強(qiáng)部隊(duì)凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力服務(wù)。方法 :依據(jù)《“九五”期間全軍除害滅病規(guī)劃實(shí)施辦法及考評(píng)細(xì)則》 ,采取了以下幾點(diǎn)措施 :( 1)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視 ,確立“創(chuàng)建”工作重點(diǎn) ;( 2 )部門協(xié)同 ,形成“創(chuàng)建”工作合力 ;( 3)發(fā)動(dòng)群眾 ,營造“創(chuàng)建”活動(dòng)氛圍 ;( 4 )推廣經(jīng)驗(yàn) ,保證“創(chuàng)建”工作質(zhì)量 ;( 5)重點(diǎn)建設(shè) ,提高“創(chuàng)建”工作水平 ;( 6)加強(qiáng)管理 ,保持“創(chuàng)建”工作發(fā)展。結(jié)果 :部隊(duì)生活環(huán)境質(zhì)量大幅度提高 ,官兵文明衛(wèi)生行為進(jìn)一步養(yǎng)成。三年來 ,軍區(qū)共有 37個(gè)建制團(tuán)以上單位達(dá)到了全軍甲級(jí)衛(wèi)生單位標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ,有 87個(gè)建制團(tuán)以上單位達(dá)到了“軍區(qū)級(jí)衛(wèi)生單位”標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。未發(fā)生大的流行病、傳染病和食物中毒等事故 ,保證了部隊(duì)各項(xiàng)任務(wù)的順利完成。結(jié)論 :從實(shí)踐中總結(jié)出來的經(jīng)驗(yàn) ,在創(chuàng)建等級(jí)衛(wèi)生單位活動(dòng)中取得了較好的成績 ,并有借鑒作用
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the quality of living environment of troops, promote the cultivation of health behavior of officers and soldiers, improve the health level of officers and soldiers, and serve for strengthening the cohesion and combat effectiveness of troops. Methods: according to the measures for the implementation of the plan and evaluation rules for the elimination and elimination of diseases in the whole army during the Ninth five-year Plan period, the following measures were taken: (1) the leaders attached importance to it and established the key points of the work of "establishment"; (2) departments cooperate to form the joint force of "creation" work, (3) mobilize the masses and create an atmosphere of "creation" activities, (4) popularize experience and ensure the quality of "creation" work. (5) focus on construction to improve the level of "creation" work; (6) strengthen management and maintain the development of "creation" work. Results: the quality of living environment of troops was greatly improved, and the civilized and hygienic behavior of officers and soldiers was further cultivated. In the past three years, a total of 37 formed regiment and above units in the military region have met the standard of Class A health units in the whole army, and 87 units at or above the formed regiment level have reached the standard of "military regiment level health units." There were no accidents such as epidemic, infectious diseases and food poisoning, which ensured the smooth completion of the tasks of the army. Conclusion: the experience summed up from practice has achieved good results in the activities of establishing grade health units, and can be used for reference.
