【摘要】：目的通過對一起化學毒物泄露中毒的應急處置方法的總結(jié) ,探討化學事故應急處理措施 ,以便更好地保障部隊的健康。方法采用社會調(diào)查、綜合分析評價等方法 ,總結(jié)化學中毒事故應急處理經(jīng)過 ,分析存在的問題、取得的經(jīng)驗和教訓 ,論述軍區(qū)處理化學毒物泄露中毒事故的應急保障模式。結(jié)果通過總結(jié)分析 ,在化學毒物泄露中毒事故的應急處置中得到以下幾點體會 :做好生化事件衛(wèi)勤保障 (1 )必須立足快速反應 ;(2 )必須多方積極配合 ;(3)必須增強官兵自我防護意識 ;(4 )必須提高醫(yī)務人員專業(yè)水平 ;(5 )必須加強“三防”防護與救治預案及課題研究 ;(6 )必須加強部隊心理衛(wèi)生服務。結(jié)論目前化學事故威脅在增加 ,核生化武器襲擊威脅同樣存在。因此做好生化事件衛(wèi)勤保障 ,對于平時部隊自我防護具有重要意義 ,應進一步加強事故應急處理模式的研究力度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the emergency treatment measures of chemical accident by summing up the emergency treatment method of a case of chemical poison leakage poisoning, so as to better protect the health of the army. Methods the methods of social investigation and comprehensive analysis and evaluation were used to summarize the emergency treatment of chemical poisoning accidents, to analyze the existing problems, and to analyze the experiences and lessons gained. This paper discusses the emergency support mode of dealing with chemical poison leakage and poisoning accidents in military regions. Results through summary and analysis, the following experiences were obtained in the emergency treatment of chemical poison leakage and poisoning accidents: (1) health service support for biochemical events must be based on rapid response, (2) multiple parties must cooperate actively, and (2) health service support for biochemical events must be based on rapid response. (3) the self-protection consciousness of officers and soldiers must be strengthened; (4) the professional level of medical staff must be improved; (5) the "three prevention" protection and treatment plan and subject research must be strengthened; (6) the mental health service of the army must be strengthened. Conclusion at present, the threat of chemical accidents is increasing, and the threat of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons attacks also exists. Therefore, it is of great significance for the self-protection of troops to do a good job of health service support for biochemical events, and the research on emergency treatment mode of accidents should be further strengthened.
