【摘要】：目的觀察堿性離子水對(duì)熱暴露小鼠熱耐受能力和抗氧化能力的影響。方法小鼠隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組(飲自來(lái)水)和實(shí)驗(yàn)組(飲堿性離子水),2組小鼠被置于高溫箱中熱暴露。另取一批小鼠,分組與處理同上,2組小鼠被置于水溫(40.0±0.2)℃水桶中游泳。實(shí)驗(yàn)中,記錄小鼠存活時(shí)間和游泳持續(xù)時(shí)間。檢測(cè)血清、肝臟中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。結(jié)果堿性離子水能顯著延長(zhǎng)熱暴露小鼠的存活時(shí)間(延長(zhǎng)51%)和熱環(huán)境條件下的游泳時(shí)間(提高22.7%);能顯著提高熱暴露小鼠血清和肝組織中SOD活力(分別提高16.2%和15.1%);抑制MDA含量的增加(分別降低15.9%和16.3%)。結(jié)論堿性離子水作為一種新型的功能飲用水,能提高熱暴露小鼠的耐熱能力,其作用機(jī)制可能與提高抗氧化功能有關(guān)。
