【摘要】：目的 :調(diào)查牙周疾病在我軍人員中的流行情況及軍事環(huán)境下的影響因素。方法 :采用世界衛(wèi)生組織 1987年版口腔健康調(diào)查基本方法和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)器材 ,經(jīng)全軍口腔健康調(diào)查項(xiàng)目調(diào)查員培訓(xùn)班培訓(xùn)和選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一致性試驗(yàn) ,變異系數(shù)CV分別為 2 .8%和 3.9%。結(jié)果 :共調(diào)查人數(shù)為2 56 19人 ,經(jīng)對(duì)調(diào)查資料的二次抽樣和數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)的統(tǒng)計(jì)處理結(jié)果表明 ,部隊(duì)現(xiàn)役軍人男性牙齦炎患病率為 59.2 % ,牙結(jié)石檢出率為 2 6 .1% ,早期牙周疾病患病率為 4 .5% ,晚期牙周疾病患病率為 0 .6 % ;女性牙齦炎患病率為 4 3.2 % ,牙結(jié)石檢出率為 17.3% ,早期牙周疾病患病率為 1.6 % ,晚期牙周疾病患病率為 0 .2 %。結(jié)論 :部隊(duì)牙周疾病患病率比較平穩(wěn) ,牙周疾病大部分處于早期階段。軍事環(huán)境對(duì)牙周疾病流行的主要影響因素有軍事環(huán)境營(yíng)養(yǎng)因素、軍事環(huán)境地理因素和口腔醫(yī)療保健條件等。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prevalence of periodontal disease in military personnel and the influencing factors in military environment. Methods: the basic methods and standard equipment of oral health survey in 1987 edition of the World Health Organization (WHO) were used in the training course of investigators of oral health survey project in the whole army and the consistency test of selection criteria was carried out. The coefficient of variation (CV) was 2.8% and 3.9%, respectively. Results: a total of 25619 people were investigated. The results of secondary sampling and data system showed that the prevalence rate of gingivitis was 59.2%. The positive rate of dental calculi was 26.1%, the prevalence rate of early periodontal disease was 4.5%, and that of advanced periodontal disease was 0.6%. The prevalence rate of gingivitis, calculi, early periodontal disease and advanced periodontitis was 43.2%, 17.3%, 1.6% and 0.2%, respectively. Conclusion: the prevalence of periodontal disease in the army is relatively stable, and most of the periodontal disease is in the early stage. The main influencing factors of military environment on the prevalence of periodontal diseases are military environmental nutrition factors, military environmental geographical factors and oral medical and health care conditions.
