【摘要】：近年來(lái)發(fā)生的幾次高技術(shù)局部戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)表明 ,坑道在現(xiàn)代軍事斗爭(zhēng)中仍能發(fā)揮保存實(shí)力、積極防御的重要作用。而坑道的環(huán)境條件以及由于進(jìn)駐人員和裝備所帶來(lái)的環(huán)境污染 ,則是影響各類坑道有效發(fā)揮作用的重要因素。在調(diào)研我軍各類地下工事環(huán)境衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上 ,重點(diǎn)論述了各類坑道環(huán)境衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究概況、指標(biāo)規(guī)定和發(fā)展趨勢(shì) ,主要包括 :(1)坑道進(jìn)駐人員時(shí)空氣中二氧化碳容許濃度 ;(2 )屯兵坑道環(huán)境衛(wèi)生學(xué)要求 ,包括通風(fēng)量、微小氣候、照度、污染物限值等 10項(xiàng)指標(biāo) ;(3)通信機(jī)房環(huán)境衛(wèi)生要求 ,包括微小氣候、照度、微波、噪聲以及空氣污染物限值等 9項(xiàng)指標(biāo) ;(4 )二炮陣地環(huán)境限值 ,包括微小氣候、氧、照度、噪聲以及 10項(xiàng)空氣污染物限值指標(biāo)。按照有關(guān)環(huán)境標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行 ,將對(duì)坑道衛(wèi)生保障、保護(hù)平戰(zhàn)時(shí)指戰(zhàn)員的健康及提高部隊(duì)作戰(zhàn)能力發(fā)揮重要作用。
[Abstract]:Several high-tech local wars in recent years show that tunnels can still play an important role in preserving strength and active defense in modern military struggle. The environmental conditions of the tunnel and the environmental pollution caused by the personnel and equipment are the important factors that affect the effective use of all kinds of tunnels. On the basis of investigating the environmental hygiene standards of all kinds of underground works in our army, this paper mainly discusses the general situation of the research on the environmental hygiene standards of all kinds of tunnels, the stipulations of the indexes and the trend of development. The main contents are as follows: (1) the allowable concentration of carbon dioxide in the air while the tunnel is stationed; (2) Environmental hygiene requirements of Tuen Bing tunnel, including 10 indexes such as ventilation volume, microclimate, illumination, limit value of pollutants and so on; (3) Environmental hygiene requirements of communication room, including nine indexes, such as microclimate, illumination, microwave, noise and limit value of air pollutants; (4) the environmental limit value of the second gun position, including microclimate, oxygen, illumination, noise and 10 air pollutant limit values. In accordance with the relevant environmental standards, it will play an important role in the protection of tunnel health, the protection of the health of officers and soldiers in peacetime and the improvement of combat capability of the troops.
