【摘要】：目的 :通過對軍隊(duì)綜合醫(yī)院臨床心理科患者疾病類型、分布特征 ,以及治療狀況的分析 ,為軍隊(duì)綜合醫(yī)院深入開展臨床心理學(xué)工作提供一般性資料。方法 :資料來自 1997年空軍總醫(yī)院臨床心理科的 559例咨詢者。采用相對數(shù)分析法 ,對就診的相關(guān)情況進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 :(1)神經(jīng)癥占就診人數(shù)首位 ,其次為心身疾病咨詢 ,中小學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)問題居第三 ;(2 )接受一次心理治療的人數(shù)占 74 .1% ,而能連續(xù)接受 3～ 8次心理治療的人數(shù)僅為 2 5.9% ;(3)復(fù)診率最高的是神經(jīng)癥患者 ,復(fù)診率最低的是心身疾病者 ;(4 )軍隊(duì)患者占 15.9% ,最常見的心理問題是學(xué)習(xí)和人際關(guān)系等。結(jié)論 :神經(jīng)癥患者是軍隊(duì)綜合醫(yī)院臨床心理科的主要咨詢?nèi)后w。心身疾病患者人數(shù)占居第二位 ,應(yīng)該關(guān)注由學(xué)習(xí)問題引發(fā)的兒童心理問題和障礙。軍隊(duì)官兵中的咨詢?nèi)藬?shù)較少、年齡偏輕 ,常見心理問題占的比重較大。
[Abstract]:Aim: to provide general data for the further development of clinical psychology in military general hospital by analyzing the disease types, distribution characteristics and treatment status of patients in clinical psychology department of military general hospital. Methods: data were collected from 559 counselors in the Clinical Psychiatry Department of Air Force General Hospital in 1997. The relative number analysis was used to analyze the related situation. Results: (1) Neurosis took the first place, followed by psychosomatic disease consultation, the learning problems of primary and middle school students ranked the third; (2) 74.1% of the patients received one-time psychotherapy, but only 25.9% of them could receive 3-8 consecutive psychotherapy. (3) the highest re-diagnosis rate was in neurotic patients, and the lowest in psychosomatic diseases, (4) 15.9% in military patients, and the most common psychological problems were learning and interpersonal relationship. Conclusion: neurosis is the main counseling group in clinical psychology department of military general hospital. The number of psychosomatic diseases occupies the second place, and attention should be paid to children's psychological problems and obstacles caused by learning problems. The number of counsellors in the army officers and soldiers is small, the age is too young, and the common psychological problems account for a large proportion.
