濕熱環(huán)境貓顱腦火器傷早期腦微循環(huán)及血腦屏障的變化

【摘要】:目的研究濕熱環(huán)境對貓顱腦火器傷早期腦微循環(huán)的影響,為臨床治療提供實驗依據(jù)。方法24只成年貓用改良Carey法制作貓顱腦火器傷模型后,隨機分為兩組,每組12只,放入溫度和相對濕度分別為25℃和50%,35℃和85%仿真模擬氣候艙。通過腦微血管形態(tài)學及通透性和周圍組織病理變化的觀察,測定生命體征代償指標、微血管中流動血液流變學特征和血腦屏障的變化來反應腦微循環(huán)的變化。結果全部動物無死亡。兩組動物在腦微血管形態(tài)學及通透性和周圍組織病理變化顯著;在生命體征指標、血液流變學特征和血腦屏障的損害程度上存在顯著差異。結論濕熱環(huán)境對顱腦火器傷的早期腦微循環(huán)有顯著影響,是顱腦火器傷的二次創(chuàng)傷。
