脊髓爆震傷后前角運(yùn)動(dòng)神經(jīng)元的形態(tài)學(xué)改變及早期救治研究
[Abstract]:With the development of military science and technology and the continuous strengthening of the modernization of the armed forces, the long-range strike capability of the armed forces of various countries has been greatly improved, and compared with other conventional weapons, explosive weapons have a stronger destructive power and killing power. This makes detonation injury more and more important in modern war. Detonation injury has become the main cause of spinal and spinal cord injury in war. Because the mechanism of spinal cord knock injury is different from that of mechanical ASCI, then their pathological changes and treatment methods are different. At present, there is little research on this aspect at home and abroad. And the existing relevant theories and treatment methods have been backward, can not meet the requirements of the modern war conditions of the spinal cord explosive injury, the purpose of this subject is to study the spinal cord, after the spinal cord explosion injury, the purpose of this topic is to study the spinal cord, spinal cord explosive injury, The pathophysiological changes of motor neurons in the anterior horn of spinal cord were observed and the effects of different treatment methods on their natural outcome were observed. It is of certain value for the clinical research and treatment of motor neurons in the anterior horn of the spinal cord and to improve the combat effectiveness of our army. Reduce the disability rate and serve. 1. Pathomorphological changes of motoneurons in anterior horn of spinal cord after blast injury: thirty healthy rabbits, both male and female, were used in this study. The explosive source was (RDX), a simple metal explosive for military use. The device was made into a 0.9 g copper shell cylindrical small explosive device.
