與暈船有關(guān)的鐵蛋白基因的表達(dá)變化

【摘要】:目的探討鐵蛋白基因的表達(dá)變化與暈船發(fā)生的可能關(guān)系。方法分別給予大鼠模擬暈船刺激3d和21d,運(yùn)用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)技術(shù)檢測(cè)鐵蛋白基因在暈船差異個(gè)體腦干中的表達(dá)量。結(jié)果模擬暈船刺激3d,鐵蛋白基因的表達(dá)量在各組大鼠腦干組織中的表達(dá)量差異不顯著;模擬暈船刺激21d,鐵蛋白基因在暈船易感大鼠腦干組織中的表達(dá)量顯著低于對(duì)照組、暈船適應(yīng)組和不暈船組大鼠(P0.05或P0.01);在不暈船大鼠腦干組織中的表達(dá)量與對(duì)照組比較差異無(wú)顯著性。結(jié)論機(jī)體接受模擬暈船刺激后發(fā)生暈船,可能與其腦干組織中鐵蛋白基因的表達(dá)量下降有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the possible relationship between the expression of ferritin gene and seasickness. Methods Rats were stimulated with simulated seasickness for 3 days and 21 days respectively. The expression of ferritin gene in the brain stem of different seasickness individuals was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Results there was no significant difference in the expression of ferritin gene in brain stem tissue of rats after stimulation of simulated seasickness for 3 days. The expression of ferritin gene in the brain stem tissue of seasickness prone rats was significantly lower than that of the control group after simulated seasickness stimulation for 21 days (P0.05 or P0.01). There was no significant difference in the expression of brain stem tissue between the non-seasick rats and the control group. Conclusion seasickness after simulated seasickness may be related to the decrease of ferritin gene expression in brain stem.
