【摘要】：目的:探討5km高空缺氧和不缺氧對(duì)小鼠肝、脾及血清中Zn,Cu,Fe的影響.方法:高空缺氧試驗(yàn):將雄性昆明種小鼠20只,隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(5km高空缺氧30min組)和地面對(duì)照組,每組10只.將實(shí)驗(yàn)組小鼠置于低壓艙內(nèi),以40m/s的速度上升到5km,停留30min后,以40m/s速度降至地面;地面對(duì)照組放置在另一低壓艙中留在地面.連續(xù)7d后,抽取小鼠靜脈血液并處死小鼠取肝、脾.高空不缺氧試驗(yàn):分組及實(shí)驗(yàn)方法同上.艙內(nèi)壓力為54.02kPa,其中氧分壓為21.2kPa.艙內(nèi)容積百分比為41.8%氧和58.2%氮的混合氣體.用測(cè)氧儀監(jiān)測(cè)艙內(nèi)氧壓,保持其肺泡氧分壓與地面相同.采用火焰原子吸收法測(cè)定血清Zn,Cu和Fe的含量.結(jié)果:5km高空缺氧組與對(duì)照組相比較,小鼠肝中Cu和Fe含量均顯著降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);脾中Fe的含量明顯升高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組血清中Zn,Cu和Fe含量均無(wú)明顯變化,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05).5km高空不缺氧組與對(duì)照組相比較,小鼠肝、脾中Zn,Cu和Fe含量均降低,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),血清中Zn,Cu和Fe含量均無(wú)明顯變化,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05).結(jié)論:5km高空缺氧時(shí)對(duì)小鼠肝中Cu和Fe的合成產(chǎn)生影響;5km高空缺氧和不缺氧時(shí)小鼠血清中Zn,Cu和Fe的含量無(wú)明顯變化,表明其含量可能與機(jī)體缺氧無(wú)關(guān).
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effects of hypoxia and non-hypoxia of 5km on Zn,Cu,Fe in liver, spleen and serum of mice. Methods: twenty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into experimental group (5km 30min group) and ground control group (10 mice in each group). The mice in the experimental group were placed in a low pressure chamber, and the speed of 40m/s was increased to 5 km, then dropped to the ground with the speed of 40m/s after staying in 30min, while the ground control group was placed on the ground in another chamber. After 7 days, the blood was taken from the vein of the mice and the liver and spleen of the mice were killed. High altitude non-anoxic test: grouping and experimental methods are the same as above. The chamber pressure is 54.02 KPA, and the oxygen partial pressure is 21.2 KPA. Tank volume percentage of 41.8% oxygen and 58.2% nitrogen mixture. The oxygen pressure in the cabin is monitored by oxygen meter, and the alveolar oxygen pressure is the same as on the ground. The content of Zn,Cu and Fe in serum was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: compared with the control group, the content of Cu and Fe in the liver of 5km group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05), and the content of Fe in spleen was significantly increased (P0.05). The contents of Zn,Cu and Fe in serum of the two groups had no significant change (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the contents of Zn,Cu and Fe in the liver and spleen of mice were decreased in the 5km high-altitude hypoxia group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05), serum Zn,Cu and Fe levels were not significantly changed, the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: 5km has an effect on the synthesis of Cu and Fe in liver of mice under high altitude hypoxia, and the contents of Zn,Cu and Fe in serum of mice under high altitude hypoxia and no hypoxia of 5km have no significant change, indicating that the contents of Zn,Cu and Fe may not be related to hypoxia.
