聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)擴(kuò)增指紋多態(tài)性快速分型技術(shù)在部隊(duì)結(jié)核病分子流行病學(xué)研究中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的 探討南方部隊(duì)結(jié)核病的分子流行病學(xué)規(guī)律。方法 設(shè)計(jì)一對(duì)特異性IS6 110外向性引物 ,應(yīng)用聚合酶鏈反應(yīng) (PCR)建立檢測結(jié)核分支桿菌DNA指紋多態(tài)性的方法 ,分析結(jié)核分支桿菌DNA多態(tài)性與流行病學(xué)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 共檢測分析了 15 4株結(jié)核分支桿菌DNA的指紋多態(tài)性。根據(jù)這些菌株的指紋多態(tài)性特征共分為 8個(gè)類型 ,以Ⅰ型 (36 .4 % )、Ⅱ型 (31.8% )和Ⅲ型(2 1.4 % )為主 ,其余各型均少于 4 %。以 2 0~ 2 9歲和 30~ 39歲組在這三型中所占比例最大 ,分別為31.8%和 2 7.9%。駐城鎮(zhèn)部隊(duì)與駐鄉(xiāng)村部隊(duì)以及結(jié)核病患者有無卡介苗接種史 ,在這三型的
