【摘要】：尿液檢驗是臨床診斷中常用的檢驗項目,尿液理化性質(zhì)的改變是許多疾病出現(xiàn)的體征之一。微流控芯片自問世以來,已經(jīng)在生命科學(xué)的眾多領(lǐng)域獲得了廣泛應(yīng)用和長足發(fā)展。本文著重介紹了近期微流控芯片在尿液檢驗中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展,并特別闡述了這項技術(shù)在未來航天醫(yī)學(xué)中的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Urine examination is one of the commonly used tests in clinical diagnosis. The change of physicochemical properties of urine is one of the signs of many diseases. Microfluidic chip has been widely used and developed in many fields of life science since it came into being. In this paper, the recent application of microfluidic chip in urine testing is introduced, and the prospect of application of this technology in aerospace medicine in the future is described in particular.
