功率譜熵在局灶性缺血性腦損傷無創(chuàng)檢測中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為了對局灶性缺血腦損傷的程度進(jìn)行無創(chuàng)診斷 ,并對損傷區(qū)域進(jìn)行定位 ,用 SD(Sparague- dawley)實驗大鼠建立了一個局灶性缺血腦損傷的動物實驗?zāi)P?,采得缺血前到缺血 30 m in時的缺血區(qū)域與正常區(qū)域的 EEG(Electroencephalogram)信號 ,并采用功率譜熵對 EEG信號進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)局灶性腦缺血導(dǎo)致 EEG信號的功率譜熵發(fā)生了明顯的變化。缺血側(cè)的 EEG信號的功率譜熵在缺血 15 min時已經(jīng)明顯低于缺血前的正常值 ,在整個缺血過程中缺血側(cè)的 EEG信號的功率譜熵小于正常區(qū)域的功率譜熵。這表明 EEG信號的功率譜熵是一種很好的表征腦缺血損傷的參數(shù) ,具有計算簡便、有效的優(yōu)點
[Abstract]:In order to make a noninvasive diagnosis of the degree of focal ischemic brain injury and to locate the injured area, an animal model of focal ischemic brain injury was established by using SD (Sparague- dawley) experimental rats. The EEG (Electroencephalogram) signals of ischemic region and normal area were collected from ischemic to ischemic 30 m in, and the EEG signal was analyzed by power spectrum entropy. The results showed that the power spectral entropy of EEG signal changed significantly after focal cerebral ischemia. The power spectral entropy of the EEG signal in the ischemic side was significantly lower than the normal value before ischemia at 15 min, and the power spectral entropy of the EEG signal in the ischemic side was lower than that in the normal region during the whole process of ischemia. This indicates that the power spectral entropy of EEG signal is a good parameter to characterize cerebral ischemia injury, and has the advantages of simple and effective calculation.
