【摘要】：目的通過(guò)收集中國(guó)駐利比里亞維和二級(jí)醫(yī)院中國(guó)維和軍人就診資料,分析中國(guó)維和軍人的發(fā)病特點(diǎn)。方法收集2009年8月至2010年4月中國(guó)駐利比里亞維和軍人的門(mén)診就診記錄,分析中國(guó)維和部隊(duì)發(fā)生的主要疾病種類(lèi)及特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果在就診的所有疾病中,皮膚病比例最高,占中國(guó)軍人門(mén)診總數(shù)的28.3%,發(fā)病率23.3%;其次是上呼吸道感染占13.7%,發(fā)病率11.3%;第三是外傷占11.1%,發(fā)病率9.0%;隨后依次為牙科疾病占9.7%,發(fā)病率8.0%;發(fā)熱占8.8%,發(fā)病率7.3%;運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷占8.0%,發(fā)病率6.5%;胃腸道疾病占5.8%,發(fā)病率4.7%;瘧疾占3.5%,發(fā)病率2.9%;此外,其他疾病(如眼部、耳鼻喉等)共占11.1%,發(fā)病率9.1%。結(jié)論需加強(qiáng)中國(guó)駐非洲維和部隊(duì)皮膚病和上呼吸道感染的防治,同時(shí)關(guān)注不明原因發(fā)熱、胃腸道疾病、瘧疾等對(duì)官兵健康的危害;掌握中國(guó)駐利比里亞維和部隊(duì)就診病例的發(fā)病特點(diǎn)對(duì)后續(xù)維和部隊(duì)及援助抗擊埃博拉病毒病疫情的醫(yī)護(hù)人員具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective To analyze the characteristics of Chinese peacekeeping soldiers by collecting the information of Chinese peacekeeping soldiers in the two-level hospital in Liberia. Methods From August 2009 to April 2010, the clinic visit records of the Chinese peacekeeping soldiers in Liberia were collected, and the main types and characteristics of the major diseases in the Chinese peacekeeping force were analyzed. Results In all the diseases, the proportion of the skin diseases was the highest, accounting for 28. 3% of the total number of out-patient clinics in China. The incidence rate was 2.3%, followed by the upper respiratory tract infection of 13. 7%, the incidence of 11. 3%, and the third was the trauma of 11. 1%, the incidence was 90.0%, and then the dental disease was 92.7%. The incidence rate was 80.0%, the fever was 8. 8%, the incidence rate was 7.3%, the sports injury was 80.0%, the incidence was 6.5%, the gastrointestinal disease was 5.8%, the incidence rate was 40.7%, the malaria was 34.5%, the incidence was 2.9%, in addition, the other diseases, such as the eyes, the otorhinolaryngology, etc., accounted for 11.1% and the incidence was 9.1%. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and treatment of the skin diseases and upper respiratory tract infection of the Chinese peacekeeping forces in Africa. It is of great significance for the follow-up peacekeeping force and the medical staff to support the outbreak of the Ebola virus in the case of the Chinese peacekeeping force in Liberia.
