【摘要】：目的認真貫徹我軍的衛(wèi)生工作方針 ,切實解決好官兵就診用藥問題 ,努力提高為部隊官兵服務(wù)的質(zhì)量。方法采取邊探索、邊實踐、邊分析并及時進行總結(jié)。結(jié)果通過實踐總結(jié)出4點具體措施 :(1)堅持“預(yù)防為主”方針 ,降低部隊傷病發(fā)病率 ;(2 )合理分配使用衛(wèi)勤力量 ,增強衛(wèi)勤保障能力 ;(3)合理優(yōu)化藥品結(jié)構(gòu) ,加強標準藥品宣傳力度 ;(4 )關(guān)心傷病殘官兵的疾苦 ,積極為官兵排憂解難。采取以上措施 ,提高了為官兵服務(wù)的質(zhì)量 ,基層官兵對醫(yī)療服務(wù)保障滿意率達到 95 %以上。結(jié)論實踐證明 ,這些措施 ,提高了為基層官兵醫(yī)療服務(wù)的保障質(zhì)量 ,較好地解決了部隊官兵“看病難、吃藥難”問題 ,對其他基層部隊有一定參考作用
[Abstract]:Objective to carry out the policy of health work of our army, to solve the problem of medical treatment and medication, and to improve the quality of service for officers and soldiers. Methods by exploring and practicing, analyzing and summarizing in time. Results four specific measures were summarized through practice: (1) to adhere to the principle of "prevention first", to reduce the incidence of injury and injury in the army, (2) to allocate and use the medical power reasonably, and to strengthen the ability of medical support. (3) optimizing the structure of medicine reasonably, strengthening the propaganda of standard medicine, (4) caring for the suffering of the wounded and disabled officers and soldiers, and actively solving the difficulties for the officers and soldiers. The above measures have improved the quality of service for officers and soldiers, and the satisfaction rate of grassroots officers and soldiers with medical service security has reached more than 95%. Conclusion the practice proves that these measures can improve the guarantee quality of medical service for grass-roots officers and soldiers, and solve the problems of "difficult to see a doctor and difficult to take medicine" for officers and soldiers in the army, which has certain reference function for other grass-roots troops.
