飛行學(xué)員體能訓(xùn)練對(duì)其心理影響的研究

【摘要】: 隨著科技的快速發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的新型戰(zhàn)斗機(jī)不斷地引入,未來(lái)的空戰(zhàn)對(duì)飛行員的身體和心理提出了更高的要求。飛行基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練階段,是飛行員訓(xùn)練成長(zhǎng)的一個(gè)重要時(shí)期,此階段對(duì)飛行學(xué)員身體和心理上的成長(zhǎng)將起到舉足輕重的作用。近幾年來(lái),飛行學(xué)員的心理品質(zhì)訓(xùn)練越來(lái)越受到各方面的重視,心理品質(zhì)在飛行中的作用得到了充分地肯定。但在飛行基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練時(shí)期心理品質(zhì)訓(xùn)練還幾乎停留在理論階段,具體的訓(xùn)練方法手段還處于模糊狀態(tài),尋求一系列有計(jì)劃的心理訓(xùn)練方法手段就顯得尤為重要。體能訓(xùn)練貫穿于整個(gè)基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練階段,它具有內(nèi)容多,方法多樣的特點(diǎn),在教學(xué)過(guò)程中時(shí)刻對(duì)學(xué)員的心理產(chǎn)生不同程度的影響。 本研究通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,研究體能訓(xùn)練對(duì)飛行學(xué)員的心理健康的影響、對(duì)飛行心理的影響,探索在體能訓(xùn)練中發(fā)展飛行學(xué)員體質(zhì)的問(wèn)題。研究結(jié)論: 1.體能訓(xùn)練有助于飛行學(xué)員心理健康的發(fā)展。體能訓(xùn)練能夠有效地促進(jìn)飛行學(xué)員心理健康指標(biāo)中的自信性、充沛性、樂(lè)觀性因子的提高,降低焦慮性、敏感性、緊張性等因子。對(duì)比分析體能訓(xùn)練能比軍事訓(xùn)練更好的促進(jìn)飛行學(xué)員的心理健康向良好的方向發(fā)展。 2.體能訓(xùn)練有助于發(fā)展飛行學(xué)員的飛行心理。體能訓(xùn)練能夠增進(jìn)感知、記憶、思維反應(yīng)等智能,強(qiáng)化飛行動(dòng)機(jī),增強(qiáng)情緒穩(wěn)定性,促進(jìn)學(xué)員手腳協(xié)調(diào)、注意力合理分配,提高模仿能力、注意品質(zhì)、反應(yīng)能力、意志力、情緒水平及個(gè)性特征等心理素質(zhì)。 提出以下建議: 1.改變目前航空體育教學(xué)中重視運(yùn)動(dòng)技能,忽視心理訓(xùn)練的現(xiàn)狀,應(yīng)在教學(xué)過(guò)程中做到身體、心理和社會(huì)適應(yīng)同時(shí)發(fā)展,全面提高飛行學(xué)員的綜合素質(zhì)。 2.要充分發(fā)揮體能訓(xùn)練對(duì)學(xué)員心理的積極影響作用,在訓(xùn)練中遵循心理學(xué)規(guī)律,運(yùn)用心理學(xué)的科學(xué)原理,探索和發(fā)掘體能訓(xùn)練中發(fā)展飛行學(xué)員心理的方法與手段,提高訓(xùn)練效果。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, more and more new fighter planes are introduced. The basic flight training stage is an important period of pilot training and growth, which will play an important role in the physical and psychological growth of flight cadets. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the psychological quality training of flight cadets, and the role of psychological quality in flight has been fully affirmed. However, in the period of basic flight training, the psychological quality training is almost still in the theoretical stage, and the specific training methods and means are still in a vague state. It is particularly important to seek a series of planned psychological training methods and means. Physical fitness training runs through the whole basic training stage. It has the characteristics of many contents and various methods, and has different degrees of influence on the students' psychology in the process of teaching. Through the methods of literature, expert interview, experiment and mathematical statistics, this study studies the influence of physical fitness training on the mental health of flight cadets and the influence on flight psychology, and explores the problems of developing the physique of flight cadets in the process of physical fitness training. Conclusion: 1. Physical fitness training is helpful to the development of the mental health of the flight cadets. Physical fitness training can effectively promote the improvement of self-confidence, abundance, optimism, anxiety, sensitivity, tension and other factors in the mental health index of flight cadets. Compared with military training, physical training can improve the mental health of flight cadets. 2. Physical fitness training helps to develop the flight psychology of the flight cadets. Physical training can enhance intelligence, such as perception, memory, thinking and reaction, enhance flight motivation, enhance emotional stability, promote coordination of hands and feet, rational distribution of attention, imitating ability, attention quality, reaction ability, willpower, etc. Emotional level and personality characteristics and other psychological qualities. Make the following recommendations: 1. In order to change the present situation of paying attention to sports skills and neglecting psychological training in aeronautical physical education teaching, we should develop the body, psychology and society at the same time, and improve the comprehensive quality of flight cadets in an all-round way. 2. It is necessary to give full play to the positive effect of physical training on students' psychology, follow the psychological law in training, apply the scientific principles of psychology, explore and explore the methods and means of developing the psychology of flight cadets in physical fitness training, and improve the training effect.
