【摘要】：目的 :研究武警部隊(duì)官兵在災(zāi)害救援行動(dòng)中傷病發(fā)生的特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律 ,為制定傷病的防治措施提供依據(jù)。方法 :采用國(guó)際疾病分類(lèi)方法 (ICD— 10 )進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分類(lèi) ,計(jì)算疾病發(fā)病例數(shù)及構(gòu)成比。結(jié)果 :武警官兵在 1990～ 2 0 0 0年洪災(zāi)救援中總發(fā)病例數(shù)為 4 6 4 0 5人 ,其中居前 5位的為皮膚病和皮下組織疾病占 37.36 %,呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病占 2 8.2 4 %,消化系統(tǒng)疾病占 13.4 5 %,損傷和中毒占 8.4 7%;傳染病與寄生蟲(chóng)病占 2 .96 %;南北地區(qū)官兵疾病發(fā)生情況無(wú)顯著差異。洪災(zāi)救援第 1、2周呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病發(fā)病率達(dá)高峰 ,皮膚病和皮下組織疾病在第 2周逐漸上升 ,第 3、4周達(dá)高峰階段 ,消化系統(tǒng)疾病、傳染病、寄生蟲(chóng)病也逐步上升 ,顯示了不同時(shí)間段各系統(tǒng)疾病發(fā)病率有顯著差異。結(jié)論 :抗洪救災(zāi)前線官兵的傷病呈現(xiàn)多元性與集中的特點(diǎn) ,應(yīng)根據(jù)不同傷病發(fā)病規(guī)律及時(shí)采取預(yù)防措施 ,保障官兵的身體健康和部隊(duì)的戰(zhàn)斗力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the characteristics and rules of injury and injury in disaster relief operation of armed police officers and soldiers, and to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of injury and injury. Methods: international Classification of Disease (ICD- 10) was used to calculate the incidence and proportion of disease. Results: the total number of cases in flood relief from 1990 to 2000 was 46.405, of which the top 5 were skin diseases and subcutaneous tissue diseases (37.36%) and respiratory diseases (28.24%). Diseases of digestive system accounted for 13.45%, injury and poisoning accounted for 8.47%. Infectious diseases and parasitic diseases accounted for 2.96%. In the first week of flood relief, the incidence of respiratory diseases reached a peak, the incidence of skin diseases and subcutaneous tissue diseases gradually increased in the second week, and reached the peak stage in the third week and the fourth week, and the diseases of the digestive system, infectious diseases, and parasitic diseases also gradually increased. The results showed that there were significant differences in the incidence of diseases in different time periods. Conclusion: the injuries and injuries of the officers and soldiers in the front line of flood control and disaster relief have the characteristics of diversity and concentration. The preventive measures should be taken in time according to the law of different diseases and injuries to ensure the health of the officers and men and the combat effectiveness of the troops.
