【摘要】：目的 通過對半密閉坑道環(huán)境質(zhì)量及人體健康影響因素的調(diào)查,為進駐部隊提供防護依據(jù)。方法 用N 962風速溫濕度計監(jiān)測微小氣候及大氣采樣器監(jiān)測空氣顆粒物,用撞擊法監(jiān)測空氣微生物,應(yīng)用血液分析儀及全自動生化儀對12名受試者檢測29項血液指標,并對生理反應(yīng)作問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果 半密閉坑道房間平均氣溫15.2℃,相對濕度75.5％,風速0.06 m·s-1,可吸入顆粒物0.5526 Hlg·m-3,空氣細菌總數(shù)1 157 cfu·m-3,真菌數(shù)902 cfu·m-3。受試者29項血液指標3次檢測結(jié)果正�；蚧菊５恼�79.32％;乳酸脫氫酶有7例在坑道內(nèi)試驗期間高于正常值;受試者有半數(shù)以上出現(xiàn)不同程度的頭昏、頭痛、關(guān)節(jié)酸痛等自覺癥狀。結(jié)論 可吸入顆粒物超標2.8倍,多數(shù)自覺癥狀在出坑道后1-4 d消失,除低溫高濕環(huán)境引起關(guān)節(jié)痛應(yīng)引起重視及乳酸脫氫酶結(jié)果增高需要進一步探討外,半密閉坑道在短期內(nèi)對人體健康基本無明顯的不良影響。

Methods N962 wind speed temperature and humidity meter was used to monitor microclimate and atmospheric sampler to monitor air particulate matter, air microorganism was monitored by impact method, and 29 blood indexes were detected by blood analyzer and automatic biochemical instrument.
