21d臥床期間血清堿性磷酸酶及電解質(zhì)的變化

【摘要】:目的觀察模擬失重對(duì)血清堿性磷酸酶 (ALP)及Ca2 +、Mg2 +、Cl- 、P3+代謝的影響。方法 6名健康男性志愿者 ,年齡 2 4 .8± 6.1歲 ,進(jìn)行 2 1d頭低位 ( - 6°)臥床試驗(yàn)。在臥床前第 3天 ,臥床第 3、1 0、2 1天及臥床后第 2天 (d + 2 )測(cè)定了被試者血清ALP及Ca2 +、Mg2 +、Cl- 、P3+含量的變化。血清Ca2 +測(cè)定用甲基麝香草酚藍(lán)比色法 ,P3+測(cè)定用紫外分光光度法 ,Mg2 +和Cl- 測(cè)定用酶法 ,血清堿性磷酸酶測(cè)定用對(duì) -硝基苯磷酸鹽比色法。結(jié)果臥床期間 ,血清Ca2 +較臥床前顯著增加 ,在臥床第 1 0天和 2 1天有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義 (P 0 .0 1 ) ,臥床后第 2天仍顯著高于臥床前 ;P3+在臥床第 2 1天和臥床前比較顯著性降低 (P 0 .0 1) ;Mg2 +在臥床期間和臥床后均顯著低于臥床前 (P 0 .0 5或P 0 .0 1 ) ;Cl- 在d2 1和d+ 2均較臥床前顯著增加 (P 0 .0 1 )。血清堿性磷酸酶在臥床第 2 1天較臥床前顯著增加 (P 0 .0 1 )。結(jié)論 2 1d頭低位臥床過(guò)程中 ,血鈣升高 ,血磷、鎂降低 ,氯離子升高 ,血清ALP高于臥床前 ,可能反映機(jī)體處于代謝不平衡狀態(tài)
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effects of simulated weightlessness on serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and metabolism of Ca2, Mg2, Cl- and P3. Methods six healthy male volunteers, aged 24.8 鹵6.1 years, underwent a 21 d headlow (- 6 擄) bed-rest test. The changes of serum ALP, Ca2, Mg2, Cl- and P3 in serum of the subjects were measured on the third day before bed rest, on the 3rd day after bed rest and on day 2 after bed rest. Serum Ca2 was determined by methyl thymol blue colorimetry, P3 by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, Mg2 and Cl- by enzymatic method, serum alkaline phosphatase by p-nitrophenyl phosphate colorimetry. Results during the period of bed rest, serum Ca2 level was significantly higher than that before bed rest (P < 0.01). There was a significant difference in serum Ca2 between 10 days and 21 days after bed rest (P < 0.01), and the second day after bed rest was still significantly higher than that before bed rest. P3 was significantly decreased on day 21 and before bed rest (P 0.01), and Mg2 was significantly lower during and after bed rest than that before bed rest (P 0.05 or P 0.01). Cl- on day 21 and d 2 were significantly higher than those before bed rest (P 0.01). Serum alkaline phosphatase was significantly increased on day 21 compared with that before bed rest (P 0.01). Conclusion during 21 d head-low bed rest, the serum calcium level increased, serum phosphorus and magnesium decreased, chloride ion increased, and serum ALP was higher than that before bed rest, which may indicate that the body is in an unbalanced state of metabolism.
