暈船及其適應(yīng)過程中大鼠氨基酸代謝變化研究

【摘要】:目的觀察模擬暈船及暈船適應(yīng)后大鼠血漿及組織內(nèi)游離氨基酸含量變化,為進一步研究防治暈船提供實驗依據(jù)。方法:采用Crampton模型模擬暈船刺激,以異嗜高嶺土行為作為判定大鼠暈船及暈船適應(yīng)的指標(biāo),運用高效液相色譜法測定暈船及暈船適應(yīng)過程中大鼠血漿及組織內(nèi)游離氨基酸含量變化。結(jié)果:模擬暈船刺激1d后,血漿Cys和Ile含量顯著升高,Gly、Pro含量顯著下降,BCAA/AAA的比值升高;腦內(nèi)Ala,Cys+Met,Tyr,His以及TAA含量顯著下降;肝臟內(nèi)Ser、Val、Ile、Leu、Phe、Lys含量顯著升高,His含量顯著下降,AAA/BCAA的比值降低;腎內(nèi)Ser、Ala、Phe含量下降。模擬暈船刺激21d后腦內(nèi)Glu/GABA顯著升高。腎EAA含量和EAA/TAA的比值顯著降低。結(jié)論:暈船刺激使實驗大鼠血漿和組織內(nèi)氨基酸含量發(fā)生明顯改變,其中有些與神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)合成有關(guān)的氨基酸改變較顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of free amino acids in plasma and tissue after simulated seasickness and seasickness adaptation in rats, and to provide experimental evidence for further study on prevention and treatment of seasickness. Methods: Crampton model was used to simulate seasickness stimulation and isophilic kaolin behavior was used as an index to judge seasickness and seasickness adaptation in rats. The contents of free amino acids in plasma and tissue of seasickness and seasickness adaptation rats were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: after stimulated by simulated seasickness for 1 day, the contents of Cys and Ile in plasma increased significantly, the content of Gly,Pro decreased, the ratio of BCAA/AAA increased, and the contents of Ala,Cys Met,Tyr,His and TAA in brain decreased significantly. The content of Ser,Val,Ile,Leu,Phe,Lys in liver increased significantly, the content of His decreased significantly, the ratio of AAA/BCAA decreased, and the content of Ser,Ala,Phe in kidney decreased. Glu/GABA in the brain increased significantly after simulated seasickness stimulation for 21 days. The ratio of EAA content to EAA/TAA in kidney was significantly decreased. Conclusion: the contents of amino acids in plasma and tissue of experimental rats were significantly changed by seasickness stimulation, some of which were related to neurotransmitter synthesis.
